Bobs discount furniture is the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. I purchased my bed in cash on a Saturday Nov * it was slated to be delivered on Tuesday Nov *, however my job sent me out of state. I called their CS line and they changed the date to Thursday Nov **. The CS did not advise that the item was out of stock. Instead I returned home to sleep on a dirty carpet. I called on Saturday and was told the bed would be delivered on the **th!! There was no empathy or suggestions from the agent as to how this could be rectified. I called the CoOp office and got Dominque. Who lied and said she was a manager when I asked to speak to one. Clearly Bobs Discount Furniture trains their CS agents to be callus with the customer. In my frustration I even began to cry because Dominique told me my money would be refunded in ten working days. Instead of showing empathy Dominique told me to "reel it in" as if she was speaking to her friends on the street. (some manager she is right). While the customer can show emotion a CS agent should only listen and offer a solution in a courteous and sincere manner. Dominique was lousy! And should be repremanded. I will never do business with Bobs Discount Furniture again and will tell as many persons about my experience so it doesnt happen to others. This company is a disgrace!
