Our Order number is **********We received our delivery at *:**am. Love the sectional, however the swivel chairs are extremely off-color. Very different than in store. Didn’t realize until just after the delivery men left and we staged our room. *The Grey has a blue cast and does not coordinate well at all with the sectional color and rug and all of our other warm grey colors in our living room. The Camel chair was not available in the store. The Grey looked much warmer and not blue at all in the store. We would like to exchange for the Camel. Please help! Can delivery men come back to pick these up?

I spoke with customer care about the color discrepancy. They were very helpful. Agreed to swap out the chairs. I stopped in my Bobs store to verify the chair color and it turns out I was correct that the wrong color was delivered to me. I verified this with a very helpful sales associate. I guess the original chair was perhaps mislabeled. Bottom line is I’ll be receiving the correct chairs next week!!
