I have lost my gift card worth $***. I chatted with customer care who told me I could get it replaced as long as i had *) The card number of the missing card. *) The original purchase receipt from the card requesting replacement. I have borh and have sent emails and have received no response. This is urgent. Its bad enough that they barely ship Anything to my new home in Oregon, but nkw I have to worry some yahoo is going tobuse my gift card because I cannot get any response from the corporate office. Very asinine to have Bob cares plastered everywhere and my $*** gifr card they do not seem to care about at all. Whomever it may concern. Please respond to my email! I need to know what to do here.
