Use my warranty to get the sectional fixed ... We purchased a furniture from you and within * yrs a piece of the sectional has collapsed and sinking. Based on the info. Received at time of purchasing we have had * year plus * yrs for any issue with the sectional furniture we purchased. I called today and reported an issue with the furniture and to my surprise there is warranty for * yrs as I was led to believe. First of all I was on hold for over ** mins, then an inexperienced rep took the call and was very rude and hash, when I requested to speak to a manager, he put me on hold and after ** mins or so hang the phone up. I was very upset and I called but and Edwardo answered, though he wasn’t able to assist me, he was very understanding and sympathetic to my issue. He helped me speak with Andrea who is a manager, and she was also very professional and courteous (great job guys) Is always good to speak with people who care about their job, especially customers.
