I have asked reps to read before replying and still did not get answers. I have asked for managers, and all I get is an apology from the rep without an answer.

I tried contacting support for three years, asking for managers included. I contacted the Federal Trade Commission and leaving bad reviews. There are hundreds of bad reviews online so I am not alone on this. I need answers
