I am seeking a recommendation for finishing a book already completed to connect with someone proficient in Creative Suite. I have encountered an issue with the gutters prior to publishing, which is frustrating. It has been challenging to reach your customer support, as calling the [redacted] number results in a consistently busy signal. It seems that reaching out to you is exceedingly difficult, even according to Google search results, which is disappointing. It appears that your company is not easily accessible by design. Due to this difficulty, I will be exploring services on reedsy.com. Your lack of customer support availability reflects poorly on your company. It is disheartening that reaching out to you has been such a struggle. I believe reedsy.com may prioritize client care more effectively. It is regrettable that engaging with your company has been such a frustrating experience.

I created a book in Lightroom and when I previewed it, multiple pages were blank. I tried cancelling and redoing it three times, but each time different pages were blank. Even though the cursor showed pictures were supposed to be there, they didn't show up. I've made many Blurb books before, so this is frustrating. I've tried calling for help, but can't reach anyone.

I am seeking clarification regarding publishing my book. The information online was not comprehensive enough. My previous inquiry did not receive a response, so I am restating it now. My intention is to publish the book, review for any mistakes, make corrections, and then proceed with bulk ordering. As per the information on the help section, it mentions that editing is not possible post the book being sold. Could you confirm if the initial copy is considered "sold" for this purpose?

I recently published a trade book, "Music of Life Aha Moments" by Lauren B., and I encountered an issue while setting up the distribution for it. I filled in all necessary details but couldn't submit it, and now I'm unable to access my account to complete the process. I ordered a book for review under Order # [redacted]. I believe I may have made an error in the title box that caused this problem. I would appreciate it if someone could assist me in fixing this so I can successfully sell and distribute through Blurb. The prices are set correctly, but I'm unable to complete the remaining information required for selling in the bookstore. Any help on your end would be greatly appreciated.

I have been a loyal customer of Blurb for years and have always been satisfied with their printing services. However, my recent order of 3 books has left me extremely disappointed. Each book is printed on different paper, with different end sheets, and the overall print quality is subpar - the images are too dark and there are pages where the white of the page is showing around the photos. This was not evident in the proofs I approved. It's surprising that all 3 books have variations. I am eager to have all 3 books reprinted and would appreciate a prompt response to address these issues. I am willing to return the books so you can see firsthand the inconsistencies I have encountered.

We ordered a magazine for our parents' fiftieth anniversary celebration with the entire family in Cleveland this weekend. We put in countless hours creating it, and everyone is eager to see it. Although we were initially promised delivery by 12/03, there was a delay. Customer support upgraded the shipping to overnight, but now we've been informed of machine issues and given a refund with hopes of still receiving the order on time. To be safe, we might need to print copies at a local shop for over $11 each. We urge Blurb to ensure timely delivery or offer a viable alternative solution. Your prompt attention is appreciated.

Hello, We are a group of 14 graduate students from the College of Architecture, Planning, and Design at Kansas State University. We have been diligently working on compiling and formatting a book with research and site analysis for our thesis proposals over the past two weeks. Unfortunately, in the final hour, we encountered a critical issue with our file that we need to address. Could we still be eligible for the 25% holiday discount if we place an order for 18 hardcover books, each [redacted] pages long, tomorrow? Despite usually prompt turnaround times from Blurb in past mid-December orders, my current order has been "In Production" for the past 5 days, deviating from their usual efficiency. Contacting customer support has only resulted in generic responses, not addressing the specifics of my order. My order number is [redacted]. I bought my tradebook in ebook and PDF format from blurb using my account @annalaurens for $15. Unfortunately, the formatting was all wrong when I viewed it - images and poems were jumbled and overlapped, and the spacing was off. To try and fix this, I re-edited my book on Bookwright for better spacing and less errors. After paying $15 again and re-uploading the book, the issues persisted. The images and words were still jumbled, making the entire book unreadable. I wasn't able to preview it on Bookwright before spending $30 trying to correct it. I have photos showing the difference between my carefully formatted book and the jumbled ebook version. I understand there are no refunds for ebooks, but this is a website error, not mine. I would like a refund as I can't sell my book in this condition despite my efforts and expenses. It's frustrating to have wasted time and money on this project.

I received a birthday discount coupon in late March (LUCKYU41) for 41% off until the end of March. When I requested an extension due to a photo-safari, I didn't get a response despite following up five times. On April 8th, I made a photobook and used a 30% discount instead of the 41% code which was deemed invalid. Shortly after, a 40% off coupon (4BKS4TY19) was received. I now want to order 3 more books with the appropriate discounts. I'm also hoping to receive the extra 11% credit from my last order on the upcoming purchase. The lack of response from customer service is frustrating.

I am disappointed with Order #: [redacted], consisting of 50 Trade Books, due to two main issues. Initially, the books’ cover was printed in a purple hue, vastly differing from the original design. To rectify this, I am requesting a reprint promptly, with expedited delivery scheduled for our event on Wednesday, April 24th. The color must be corrected or changed to black. Furthermore, despite opting for express shipping on April 13th to ensure delivery by 4/24, the books arrived today, a whole week early. This premature delivery renders the $[redacted] surcharge for express shipping superfluous. The inaccuracies in Blurb’s shipping estimates have caused an unnecessary financial burden, prompting us to seek a refund for the express shipping fee. I encountered a problem yesterday while trying to upload my book. I kept getting stuck in a loop where I had to review all the covers before proceeding. Initially, I wanted a soft cover but now I'd like to change it to a hard cover image wrap. The preview looks good, but the spine is missing. The system is also flagging an issue on page 67 stating that the text is off the page. Despite clearing and re-editing the page, the warning persists. Additionally, the program seems to only allow me to review problem pages first, then shifts to a "review all covers" loop. I want to take advantage of the 40% off offer by uploading today but I'm uncertain how to proceed without being stuck. Should I close down and start over?

On July 12, I placed an order for 1 copy of the "Cameron Family History" ([redacted]) for proofreading. Both the physical copy and a PDF version were delivered promptly. After proofreading, I made edits to the cover and intended to order 4 copies ([redacted]), which I received on July 28. Unfortunately, the 4 copies were not the edited version. I believe this mistake is my responsibility, but I wish to rectify it. Today, July 30, I have made additional minor corrections to the most recent edited version. One challenge I faced was that the computer I originally used to create the book was unable to submit it for publication. As a workaround, I submitted it using an iPhone. When viewing My Dashboard, I can see a version of the book last edited on July 30 but without the cover displayed. This has made me hesitant to place an order, fearing that the cover may not be included. I would appreciate any assistance in ordering the correct and complete book.

I have attempted to publish my books through their services. For the past three years, I have been inquiring about their distribution channels beyond Amazon without receiving a clear response. I have a detailed list of questions ready to send if you could provide me with the appropriate contact information. I plan to organize the questions in an email format for easy reading, with the expectation of receiving direct answers. Unfortunately, my previous interactions with their representatives have left me feeling unsupported and frustrated. Despite asking for responses from managers and requesting that representatives carefully read my queries, I have not received satisfactory answers to my questions.

I completed the preflight process and attempted to upload my book twice, encountering an error message: "An error occurred while uploading the book files. Please wait a few minutes and try again." After receiving advice from Blurb, I converted my file to a PDF twice before successfully uploading it. However, upon previewing my book, I noticed that two pages have long white lines across the photos, which were not present in my original PDF. I am currently awaiting a response from Blurb to clarify whether this issue will affect the printed version or if they are able to resolve it on their end.

I was informed by a friend that the book I sent has a printing issue on the cover art (Order Number [redacted]). I have attached photos of the misaligned spine in the contact form I already submitted to Blurb. As a loyal customer of Blurb, I am surprised this error passed quality inspection, considering how noticeable it is. The project was uploaded through the InDesign plugin with a proof that appeared fine on screen but did not print correctly for some reason. I have another order, [redacted], for the same book, and I anticipate it will have the same problem. I am seeking a prompt resolution to this issue. Although I filed a complaint through the Contact form ([redacted]) on the Blurb website yesterday, I am eager to have this matter addressed quickly, hence my reposting here.

I placed an order for a book on the 12th with expedited shipping. I received a notification that it's being returned due to an incorrect zip code by Blurb. I need the book by December 13th. As Blurb is the only one who can stop the package now, not having a phone number to contact them makes this stressful. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I hope you are doing well. I recently received the zine I created and had printed from Blurb, order #[redacted]. Even though the images are supposed to be black and white, some have a green or magenta cast with smearing. I kindly request for a reprint of this zine at no additional cost and to have it sent to me. I would like to examine the corrected version before deciding on ordering more zine books from Blurb.
