Subject: Request to Change Domain Name Hello, I wanted to inform you about the request made to change the main domain from ropate.com to ropate.ca on my account. I had initially purchased the domain ropate.com on April 14, [redacted], as it showed as available, with the receipt as proof. However, it seems there was an error as this domain was not available. I was assured by Leo yesterday that there would be no charge for transferring the domain and the add-ons I purchased. I would appreciate confirmation that I will not be billed for this correction. Thank you, Linda

I recently requested an upgrade to my hosting plan with Bluehost. After receiving an email confirming the migration is complete, I encountered an Account Suspended screen that is blocking access to my main sites and WP admin dashboards. I have contacted support twice, and they advised that only a specialist can resolve this issue. Unfortunately, the specialists are currently unavailable. I was provided with a case number and an email address for the cases team, but I have not yet received a response. My next course of action will be to call the support number for further assistance.

I accidentally created a new domain name (jeffcoletiling.com) instead of renewing my original domain (Coletiling.com) which had expired. I can't access my Coletiling.com account as I forgot the password, leading to this confusion with [redacted] I want to remove the new domain and use the payment to renew Coletiling.com. Currently, I can't receive emails on [redacted] until it's renewed, but oddly, I can still send emails from my mobile. Please contact me through my wife's email at [redacted] or my mobile at [redacted].

Subject: Issues with Bluehost Account Termination/Cancellation I terminated my account on May 29, [redacted]. Despite cancelling for the second time on May 21, [redacted], Bluehost renewed and billed me on May 4, [redacted] without permission. Their lack of transparency and unresponsive customer service is disappointing. Communication via their phone line is unclear and hinders effective resolution. Bluehost's questionable billing practices are unacceptable, making account cancellation difficult. Moreover, the absence of clear email notifications following account termination allows them to obscure their actions and impose unauthorized charges on customers. A company operating in this manner has no place in the business world.

I have an email account with MailerLite through [redacted] I purchased two years of hosting with Network Solutions but they are sending confirmation emails to my MailerLite email, which I can't access. I am hosting jimkeayes.com with Bluemail but am unable to access my email through mail.jimkeayes.com as it redirects me to my website. I believe there may be an authorization issue on your end. Please assist. Thank you, Jim.

I am facing significant problems with Blue Host since I recently purchased their services last week. When attempting to activate the security certificate, the message stated "waiting to resolve domain name, please wait 2-3 hours." Despite days passing, the issue persists. Upon logging in, the homepage is blank, and the security page for the certificate fails to load. Contacting them by phone is futile as a message mentions their inability to respond due to Covid. The live chat support merely leads to a redundant FAQ page. Numerous reviews from other customers detail the same issues stretching over months. I wish to obtain a full refund and switch to a different hosting provider, but the lack of communication impedes this. Any suggestions on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated as I aim to distance myself from this company.

In November, I made a payment of $[redacted].28 to Bluehost for creating a blog site, "unspoiledmiracles.com". Recently, I've had trouble accessing the site through the Admin sign-in provided by WordPress. Despite purchasing books for guidance, I am still struggling to understand the blog setup process. I'm uncertain how Bluehost and WordPress are linked and why I can't access my blog anymore. I've tried signing in using my username (which should be my domain name) and email address, but both have been unsuccessful. I had set a password for the blog, but it's not working. I am seeking clarification on whether my domain is still valid and listed as a work in progress, and if Bluehost is still hosting my blog. If not, I would like a refund. I appreciate any assistance in resolving these issues. Thank you. - Katherine A. Cleland. Payment made via an AMEX card in the name of Richard Fowler.

I have been inundated with spam emails for a dating service/sex solicitation for the past 10 days. I want to clarify that I never contacted any of these services. I am receiving around [redacted] emails, each from a different location, and although I block them, more keep appearing with similar content or pictures. The tech department guided me on setting up filters, which initially helped stop the influx. However, this email address is for my business, so I had to remove the filters. I regularly clear out my spam folder, but I am constantly bombarded with these unsolicited emails. I do not want to buy any additional services and feel that Bluehost should take responsibility for this issue. Additionally, my recent experience with your telephone support has been disappointing, with repetitive questions and agents focused on protocols rather than providing helpful and logical solutions. After 15 years as a client, I trust that you can assist me.

My website listed on Bluehost as not published, preventing me from getting the SSL certificate due to the website still resolving for the past two days. My domain name is a .co.uk, with the primary domain being .com. Assigned the .co.uk but the issue persists. Attempted to un-assign the .com, but the option is unavailable as it's not on Bluehost. Tried to transfer it to Bluehost, yet it says it doesn't exist. Unsure of next steps, grateful for any assistance provided. Thank you, Louisa.

I am a new user who recently purchased a plan and have been experiencing some challenges. I would like to address that Ms. Dhanashree was unresponsive, seemed unsure, impolite, inattentive, and struggled to comprehend or assist me in resolving the issues. This morning, she not only consumed a significant amount of my time but also caused me to question my decision in selecting Bluehost. I kindly request your team to contact me at +[redacted]-50-[redacted] to assist me in resolving the problems I am encountering to ensure that my investment is not wasted, and I can successfully launch my website.

We bought the additional dedicated IP package on Friday, September 1st. Ever since then, our email services have been down. We were told by Bluehost that the necessary adjustments would be made within 24-48 hours, but it has now been over 80 hours and our emails are still not functional. It is crucial that this issue is resolved promptly as we are missing out on customer orders. Please inform me of the estimated time needed to fix this problem. Case number S-[redacted]. Our registered email address with Bluehost is [redacted]

I require assistance with redirecting a subdomain to my AWS Load Balancer to ensure my web application uses the SSL Certificate configured on the Load Balancer. I attempted to redirect the subdomain to the Load Balancer's IPv4 address, but my web app is not functioning correctly. AWS confirmed the SSL certificate and Load Balancer setup are accurate. I appreciate any detailed guidance on completing this task. Thank you.
