This year May **, ****, I have cancelled & terminated my account for the *nd time & yet, Bluehost renewed my hosting account & billed me on May *, **** without my authorization of renewing my account. This unscrupulous & fraudulent business model is not acceptable and dealing with them is next to impossible. Their telephone line has always been muddy and not clear to prevent you not to communicate effectively. It seems like Bluehost doesn't want their customers to cancel & terminate their account & continue practicing fraudulent billing even the account has been cancelled. Furthermore, when you have requested Bluehost to send you an email regarding the termination of your account, there's no "SUBJECT" stating that your account has been cancelled, & this situations effectively get them to get away with it & bill the customer to renew their account !!!!.*If this company is not transparent to their customer, they should not be in business at ALL.!!!
GetHuman4854356 did not yet indicate what Bluehost should do to make this right.

Yes, I did phone them, but not very satisfied the result. The customer representative support are very reluctant to send you and email and put put the "Subject: The account has been cancelled" into the email.
Please help with my Bluehost issue
