To whom it may concern* ****I would hate to have to contact the media, just to get to what I was promised **One of my main reason for upgrading my points was to spend more time in bluegreen resorts**Imagine my excitement and being able to snag a three-bedroom three-bath for my free week online... **So, I called to book my free week with customer care. The gentleman was very nice and helpful. He put me on hold to book my room. So Imagine my surprise when the representative came back to me to let me know that I already had booked my free week for the year, I told him that was not possible because my new fiscal year started today October *st ****.. **Now imagine how upset I was that he was telling me that I could not book nothing for a free week until September *st ******I've been a gold member since **** and for the first few years nobody technically explained to me, the proper way to use my free week during the white and blue months***Sometime in **** when I went to one of my updates the sales representative somewhat explained to me that I needed to phone in to receive my free week so from there forward I started phoning in to book my week.**So, if you really think about it for the first * years I didn’t get to utilize my free week… Where did these weeks go?***Also, in this time nobody explained to me that I had a different fiscal year for my free week then my regular points fiscal year**So logically after speaking to the customer service rep today I requested to speak to a supervisor.**So course like I said I was somewhat upset that I would not be able to book nothing until September of ****.. the supervisor that I spoke to was very rude.. she more or less told me that it was my ownership and my responsibility to figure out how to use my points and my free week**So in plain English what I had understood from this Supervisor was that not only does your customer service and your sales rep don't take responsibility for explaining to a customer how to use their point system properly… Their whole moto is , let's just sell the product, and get it out the door and let the customer figure it out all on their own **I don't know about you but I do not feel like this is the proper way to treat a lifetime customer and then at the same time you expect us to recommend Bluegreen to other family members and friends**This isn't the first time bluegreen has represented their self in bad form to me and my husband!**I think maybe at this time maybe we should walk away from this company **At this point I feel like I was once again duped by this company **We provide our valued owners with the opportunity to create unique vacation experiences at beautiful resorts and popular destinations across the U.S. and Caribbean, and deliver quality and value.**Paulette pantoja
