Had check in time of *pm,waited in line for about *hr.to be told I needed a green slip from marketing..Some how they expected me to drive ** mins.and wait in line more then drive back with all my cold food and family.They resolved this after another **mins,all to tell me my room wasn't ready.So we waited more,when room was ready we packed luggage for * people and food for the week,got to finally go swim to later be found by security to tell us we had to move everything cause of a gas leak.i asked if it could be fixed they said not a fast fix,guard said he would come back to make sure we was out.I also have to move to another location on Thurs am cause they had no long term openings to finish the week for promotion they gave me.Moved me from town home to a villa,then to a cottage.The Villa was not clean powder all over wrappers and bottles and bars of soap.i took lots of pics of how dirty everything else was.things broken,door stopper,kid tripped over door rubber seal that was torn,room temp was ** degrees took hours to cool downstairs by the app on my phone the upstairs stayed ** plus threw night as of **pm.front desk was very short when kid called about WiFi and it not working said it was in with key cards and we received a little brown envelope the size of the cards also took pics of card.got it to connect ** mins it said connected no service,wasted over an hr waiting in line and an hr, to pack and load all that we unloaded once to unload and unpack all the food.Many pics of issues at the new Villa we moved to.Now I was hoping that this would be better then the last vacation where I had to help the a*c man fix unit they was dirty and filter looked as if it hadn't ever been change,room on that vacation was upper **.s.Not sure about how this needs to be resovled at this time my time share is paid for I pay all my fees all for the things that should be kept up and looks as if they're not.I was sent to this resort by marketing to try to sale me more points and update me on things I'm sure they will not like what I have to say in the meeting.i would like a call from a regional manager.Thanks Aaron Ware.
