Back in January of ****, I returned a men's winter coat order * *********. I explicitly followed Bluefly customer service Rep Jackie's instructions she sent me in an email. It is not ** months later and your company still has not issued my refund. I have sent several emails to *****@***.com on several occasions but they have all been ignored. The last time Jackie from your customer service corresponded with me back on January **, ****, she said I would get the refund less a fee of $*.**. I have all email correspondence I sent if you need to review them. *I immediately returned the merchandised unused and according to your customer service departments instructions so I fail to understand why your company is not issuing my refund or responding to my numerous emails.
