return a sweater that I was charged for but does not show up in my account, so there is no return label. I am going to the post office to return this sweater and asking for a return*certified receipt so that I can PROVE to bluefly that I have returned the item and want the charge off of my charge card. ... I never got a return label for a sweater. As I have repeatedly tried to call the customer service rep, I have been left on hold for over a week. I only have a week left to return. I got the same sweater twice and was charged twice. I need someone to send me a return label today, Tuesday, May **.
Because I am left on hold when they say it is only a * minute wait time when in fact they NEVER pick up the phone and I have to get off the phone because my phone battery will go dead
I want a credit on my account for this sweater
I have been a customer for over ** years and always have had good service with Bluefly but this is no longer the case. I love the Bluefly products but I can't take the chance of things going wrong when I try to return the items. Bluefly was always my go to, but things have gotten complicated with returns.
Called my bank and told them that I cannot seem to get through to customer service. I hope this gets resolved because I really would like to continue to use their services
