There is some jewelry by the brand Adornia on your site that I am very interested in purchasing. The only thing that has held me back has been the extremely negative reviews of your site. Just to name a few issues that were recently published* someone received a "replacement item" for the one they bought because it was actually not in stock, most if not all reviews claim your customer service is almost non-existent, and some of your customers have reported being charged for product that they never received. Based on all of this information, I probably should stay away from your company... I want to see if you are reputable enough for you to get back to me on this issue. If I order a product and it is not available, I do NOT want a "replacement product", to be sold used product, or to never receive my order without a refund!
