I have * unauthorized charges on my card. After being hung up on after being on hold for ** min, I finally get * of the * people that work in fraud. They email me the declaration of fraud form. The link takes you to a page that says it doesn't exist. I wrote my own declaration, sent pics of the text message asking if I made the charges,which I replied "no", and they still took the money. Got an email saying it was declined. Money was taken off card AFTER the text & email. The girl at bluebird told me they couldn't fax me the form. But I found a fax number and faxed them everything I had in the time frame of "within** days". Now can't get a hold of anyone here. Haven't received any mail, texts, or emails from them. I want my $***.** back. They clearly messed up.
