i got a bluebird card in mail from a survey i took that said subscribe to one of these items to complete survey and got this card in mail. It came and later on some days after i loaded card. i put **.** dollars on it. * for loading fee at a ***. ** mins go by and nothing. all night i did not see no money even after many times using the worthless numbers called you have. argued with *** and they cant do nothing about it and no refund. next day i finally talk to a superviser after a long talk to lower level person who dont do anything with out a email. anyways the fraud department
