I called and talked to customer service I told the person do not order a new card if it's going to frezze my account and stop ke from shopping online there r a few things I need to buy for my Easter sale and he said it would not do anything to stop from my being able to shop online and when I went to make a purchase online it said transaction could not b completed it going to cost me over **** dollars because of this fix it I dont care how but.n the next hr i need access to my being able to purchase online or credited **** dollars to my card asap this is bs and ur rep should b held responsible if u want ur money replaced not my problem but fix what ever the gell he did otherwise I'm going to every review site and leaving my review about ur card and customer service and will b contacting my lawyer immediately hope this is clear enough for ur company to understand and d*tailed enough for you *Kristina sumner card ending in **** last * as number ****
