There are charged on my account that are not mine and I called and told them that I also asked for the authorization code they provided for the transactions so I can call the company and see wjr*e the charge was made. I know that I can't pay a phone bill in person at *** am in person because it's a high security account and can only be paid in cash at a location. Amex is NO HELP AT ALL. NONE. Why do I have to sit here with no money and wait for the transaction to stop pending when I want it cancelled. This is bullcrap. BULL ****
