I purchased a Bluebird Amex Debit Card at Walmart on Friday, *********. I attempted to register it several times that day, Saturday, *********, and Monday morning, *********. **On ****, I thought I had everything right. I clicked submit and a message popped up indicating something is not correct with user name and password with info about password criteria. My password met the criteria. Then another pop up message said Account Locked. I called Customer Service numerous times to get account unlocked. The CS choices were Existing Customers press *. To activate card, press **Press * Enter Social Security number. Did that and automated system said SSN not recognized. Enter Account No. Automated system said no record of account...**I tried to register my account again * times this morning, Monday, ********* from approximately *:** to *:** a.m..**Everything was fine or so I thought. I clicked Submit and pop-up message said we couldn't verify your address. Please enter a valid address. No P.O. Boxes, and two others not applicable to me. FYI, when I entered the data in the appropriate field, the address was not recognizes, cliick override, which I did. On Submit page, pop-up message said Address not recognized, click submit to verify. Same pop-up message appeared.**I have had the same UPS Store Street Address with a Private Mail Box since ****. All mail and packages are delivered to that address. USPS, Fedex, and UPS deliver to that address. They don't deliver to P.O. Boxes.**All of my mail goes to UPS Store PMB, including utility bills, bank and credit card statements, and CA DMV.**My residential address has not and will not be activated. Not having phone access to a live CSR is a huge problem. Internet reviews indicates major problems with long wait times and dropped calls after ** hour holding. There there needs to be Customer Service system with a live agent. The automated system does not provide an option to talk with an agent. Phone Customer Service for Verizon, Bank of America, Auto Club, my medical clinic etc. have an option for call back so customers won't experience long wait times.**I am a senior citizen and never had such difficulty in recent years.i,
