Ok I have had a card for awhile I stopped using it but desired to try and start using it again. I made a call they said my card was good to use so I made a deposit to pay my rent. I paid my rent on the *th ****.** today I get notice that it was rejected and not ready to use like i was told one now because of that I have a late charge which now brings my rent payment up to ****.**. Times are hard as it is this mistake turned my whole day upside down because someone did not do What they said they did. I'm at a loss of words then I couldn't get through to customer service. Something needs to be done ***.** is what your customer service cost me. That's wrong.
