Transfer between my main and savings then last thing I was ready to do was freeze card since I was not going out to use for safety but the popup came and I was locked out. I was making sure the money and my return money was all correct. ... Locked out of my account while in my account with bluebird yesterday and called as soon as I got locked out and was able to give my information to locate account only to hear the wrong balance that was correct * minute ago now saying all money is gone but * dollars I don't think so bluebird. Email is sent with every used of my card no matter what for so believe it is their system yet still not stopping until I talk with customer service at bluebird about my account and money making sure all is right . Can't get through with the number so need to know what else is there to do so I can get and use my money in my avco
Had loaded half of my stimulus money on my bluebird, gald I got a check and not all go there. I need asap to able back in my account and access to my money for extremely important issues to be and get done especially for my sons.
Want and need it resolved now ASAP by being contacted or other ways to get to someone making sure all is right with the account and finding and charges against whatever if my money is missing in which they will put back in my account ASAP
I have been a customer when bluebird first got started years ago, then closed that one since I lost card to only return again so I have been one of the very first of their customers. This is the first ever serious problem with them all these years and first time unable to talk with someone who has always been great at solving problems fast.
Website, app and number million times everyday and since yesterday once this problem happened. Nothing will work since account is locked and customer service can't accept the call
