I have called several times Bluebird customer service oh, not much of customer service no one will pick up the telephone it says to call you all if you have lost or someone has stolen your card it's impossible to get customer service it's impossible to get help I can't use the app because I don't have the card number it's not something I memorize. Customer service ***** everything is blamed on the virus covid ** it's just an excuse for lousy customer service I have lost my card and I need to get a new one can I get some real customer service ours is going to be ignored
