Unlock Account by calling customer service, ... AMEX Bluebird are not answering their phone. They took my direct deposit and locked my account. I cant access my money*account. for * days i have been calling for like * hours at least per day. I only talked to them once and they transferred me and it cut off as usual. Please help me!
That I'm about to sue their butts and AMEX if possible.
They could answer the telephone. That's a thought. Being that I've called *** times and talked to someone * time before being transferred and cut off. Hey Bluebird, the blinking light that beeps are people waiting for hours to talk to you. You could answer the phone.
Their rules and procedures only protect them and ***** us royally.
I've tried calling AMEX and they answered really quick, like a copany should. unfortunately, their systems don't talk to eachother and they transferred and got hung up on too. I also filed a complaint with the banking industry and FDIC. I filed another complaint with BBB. I don't know what else to do. They have **** of mine but wont give me access and dont answer the phone. I'm screwed!
