I spent * hrs with blue bird reps different reps ** in all and the last one told me to go to web sit told me to go a place at this time (* days later) . I have forgotten, no matter there was not that place that I was told, then I was to click on view ( of which I could not do) I was told if I did that I could go to a place where I could change the * number pin number that is on my card. this was hard to believe any how I could not do that. Here is my problem. my blue bird card had a scratch after several months use, so I requested a new card. The new card arrived with the same *** but had a different ** pin on t he front which is the problem I cant use the card where that requires that * and I can not check balance by phone because the system can not Identify as soon as I use the pin it cuts me off * is required I think it should at least refer me to a live person* also it is charging me *.** at a walmart ATM for withdraw. also I can not get extra money at a Walmart check out because they see it as a credit card. I am frustrated close to being mad.
GetHuman-dallasst did not yet indicate what Bluebird by American Express should do to make this right.
