My card has been compromised and have not heard from the investigator they said * days and it is going on day * now. ... My bluebird card has been compromised and I'm out $***. No one's called me after they said an investigator would. I believe I found the fraudulent website using American Express home page as a cover page. I want to know how long my money gonna be in limbo. Account was hacked.
I am in Austin away from home working and have no money. My phone getting shut off tomorrow and I'm screwed.
I want to be reimbursed my money and speak to investigator asap
I follow there rules and protocol. I would never give anyone my info.
