There are over ****.** worth of purchases on my account that i did not approve. Im not even sure who made these transactions. I would like to dispute them for my money back. I am not getting any real assistance and im getting nowhere with customer service. Ive done and have sent everything asked of me more than once. I would appreciate some real help. Im not a rich man and that money was for my daughters **th bday. Ive explained this to multiple representatives. I even asked to speak to supervisor but the rep changed her voice instead. Which i was ataken back by the unprofessionalism especialy when it comes to my money. You guys claimed to be reliable and safe but ive gotten everything but that. Please help me. Thank you .
