I made a purchase on eBay and within minutes was notified by eBay the seller's account had been compromised by a third party, the product didn't exist, and the listing had been removed. I called Bluebird to stop the transaction but was told I had to wait, then go through a process. The funds are now officially stolen and I need to know how to get it back. eBay did not receive or process the funds, so they won't issue a refund. I need to find all the hoops I need to jump through at Bluebird so I can correct this problem. Any advice?
GetHuman-nanakime did not yet indicate what Bluebird by American Express should do to make this right.

It is not resolved. I have to wait until my non-existant purchase doesn't arrive by it's due date to file a dispute. I asked if I had to wait until the funds had officially been stolen and then I could get my money back by filing a dispute and the rep said yes. So now I wait.
