Unauthorized transaction. A former yearly subscription for an anti-virus program for a computer I no longer use, and I do not have a way to contact the anti-virus company. How can I block them from debiting my account? I want a refund of the $**.**. I've called the AmEx Bluebird customer service several times (and saying "I want to speak to a person") and all I get is roundabout automation. Also, there is no online help for refunds* it's not even a topic in "Frequently Asked Questions." Surely, I am NOT the only person who is getting funds automatically withdrawn from an unauthorized source. It's frustrating, having money taken from me and AmEx "customer service" is useless.

Somehow I got thru and talked to a real live person, a supervisor. A miracle, lol. She advised that next time, press the key for "stolen or lost cards" to access a real live person.
