Resolve an issue I am having with one of their companies. (Fingerhut) ... I have an issue with Fingerhut,which is a Blue Stem Brands company.After * calls to Fingerhut Customer Service,including * senior supervisors, my issue was not resolved.I tried calling Blue Stem's Customer Service number (***-***-****),the only number available for them,twice and the Receptionist*Operator option simply ended with a busy signal.**NOTE!!! : GetHuman has somehow marked this problem as " Fixed",with a green Checkmark in front of it. *THIS ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN FIXED*!!!
If I cannot get my issue resolved through Blue Stem Customer Service,I intend to explore my legal options to get satisfaction through litigation. I will also lodge complaints regarding Fingerhut with BBB,the Federal Trade Commission and the Office Of Consumer Affairs for Fingerhut engaging in deceptive and predatory business practices against me.
I want both a formal apology from Fingerhut and my account with them restored to good standing or barring that,I will seek punitive and compensatory damages through the courts.
I have been a customer with Fingerhut since May ****.
I made * calls to Fingerhut,including with * supervisors,trying in good faith to get my issue with them resolved,only to find during the very last call (senior supervisor),that I had not only been betra*** by Fingerhut,but the betrayal had been ongoing since early in November ****.(It is now June **,****).
