trying desperately to speak to a live customer advocate vs. the continuous time consuming circle of the automated system that leaves my questions unresolved. calling from a specialist ofc , trying to determine if a very specific cpt code on a members plan requires PA. service not one offered in list of the automated system. other carries have ways to get to live rep if questions unanswered but yet to find that option with bcbs... please help! thx in advance.
