I need y'all to email me asap with my loss of coverage so I can enroll in my new insurance plan I set up. My dad recieve a letter from y'all stating a loss of coverage and he threw it away. This is time sensitive as I have very important prescriptions to pick up today. I have to submit my loss of coverage before I can be enrolled and pick up my scripts. My old member Id when I was on my dad's plan was ZYC************. Either email me, Meggen Marr at *****@***.com or Albert Marr the Primary Member who's insurance I was on at *****@***.com. my phone number is ********** if you have any questions. Please hurry.
