I need y'all to email me asap with my loss of coverage so I can enroll in my new insurance plan I set up. My dad recieve a letter from y'all stating a loss of coverage and he threw it away. This is time sensitive as I have very important prescriptions to pick up today. I have to submit my loss of coverage before I can be enrolled and pick up my scripts. My old member Id when I was on my dad's plan was ZYC************. I trust that Blue Cross Blue Shield (SC) will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
