I had a LPC that didn't know a client had BCBS. This Client also had sooner care so I'm needing EOB to turn into OHCA. Long story short I billed BCBS claims, I received a letter back stating I have to send in W-*, Provider Notification Form, NPI, address and phone number for billing provider. I have sent all information with claims back in four times now, All I get back is another letter asking for the same information and to send my claims in again. This has been going on since August. All our agency's information is up dated in Availity. I have tried to call every phone number I can find to BCBS to talk to an advocate but only the automated line comes on every time. I do not know what to do from this point. I need a phone number to a department that I can speak to a real person that can help me with this issue or if you can tell me what my next step to get these claims turned in and why the information they are asking for is not getting added to the proper place that will allow me to get claims processed.**Thanks,*Chris Randleman
