Our medical facility has received a check from BCBS GA with no patient identifying information. I need to speak to an agent to help me identify the patient on the check you sent. I don't have the patient's ID number so I can't get past the telephone answering service to speak to an agent. Please give me a phone number to speak to an agent without having to enter a patient ID number, as it is not provided to us on the BC EOB. Thank you.
