I am reaching out to express my dissatisfaction with the Blue Apron service and to request a prompt refund. I tried the Blue Apron free trial at the suggestion of a friend and was disappointed with the quantity of food received compared to the cost. I attempted to cancel within 24 hours of my first delivery, per the terms of the trial, but was unable to do so. Despite my efforts, I was charged for an additional week after trying to cancel. The free trial seems misleading, as I understood the purpose to be trying the service before committing to payment. I am asking for a full refund for the recent charge and a stop to any future deliveries, following my initial cancellation request made last Saturday.

Good evening, My daughter, Jennifer B., who is in Iraq, has been sending us meals for our date nights, and we have truly enjoyed the quality and taste. However, we recently encountered issues with the meal ingredients. Last week, we received pork chops instead of beef for the smoky beef burgers, and this week we got knickknacks for seared chicken in coconut-peach broth instead of beef and mushroom burgers. I had to use my own hamburger meat to make the burgers last week, but I am unsure how to proceed this time. Can you please credit my daughter for these two meals, as we could not fully enjoy them with the correct ingredients? If you need to reach us, please contact us at [redacted]. We have enjoyed using Blue Apron, but we are encountering issues trying to cancel our orders. The cancellation process seems to get stuck and does not go through. Additionally, our deliveries have been problematic. On two occasions, boxes were left at our shared office space when we were not present, leading to the food rotting and causing a foul smell. We have also experienced discrepancies between the meals we selected online and what was delivered, receiving more chicken dishes than preferred. Concerned about the wasted food and unsatisfactory deliveries, we would like to be refunded for the two boxes that spoiled, totaling $[redacted]. The recent delivery even had mold on top and a soggy box, which is unacceptable. We are unsure if this is an issue with the delivery service, like FedEx, but regardless, there should have been a better resolution than leaving us with spoilt food. Any guidance on what steps to take next would be appreciated. Thank you.

Last week, I cancelled my account so I'm unsure of the impact, but I received my order on Thursday. The package seemed slightly open, and the ingredient bag was also open. Luckily, nothing had spoiled, but the ice packs were melted. The main issue was that the radishes, garlic, zucchini, and scallions were missing when I went to make the taco meal last night. I double-checked the recipes, and it seems most of the vegetables were missing. I'm uncertain if the ingredients were missing initially or if the box was tampered with during delivery - the box appeared opened, re-taped, and the foil bag was unsealed. Although I had just cancelled my account before this happened, I wanted to inform you about the disappointing experience. I haven't used Blue Apron frequently, but my previous order was excellent. I wanted to share this feedback with you. Thank you.

My initial Blue Apron delivery arrived today, and I was quite disappointed with the outcome. The box was excessively large, leaving the contents to shift around, resulting in warm vegetables and wet recipe sheets. The lack of proper insulation caused the ice packs to thaw completely, leaving the entire package soggy. To add to the disappointment, I discovered two puncture marks in a noodle package and crushed produce under the thawed ice packs. This experience fell short of my expectations, especially since it was my first time trying Blue Apron. I appreciate you taking the time to address my concerns and look forward to hearing from you soon.

I recently encountered some problems with my Blue Apron order. Last month, I purchased three meals. However, I faced multiple issues with the ingredient packages. For the Saffron & Yellow Tomato Risotto meal, I did not receive the necessary ingredients; instead, I got two bags for the Za'atar-Spiced Wild Alaskan Pollack meal, but only enough fish for one. I only received the zucchini for the Risotto while the tomatoes were missing for the Smoky Guajillo Beef Bowl, and parsley for the Za'atar-Spiced Wild Alaskan Pollack. Even though I managed to make the latter two meals with some adjustments, I found it frustrating to pay for three meals and only prepare two due to missing ingredients. I thoroughly checked the delivery box but found no extra items. I received Blue Apron credits as a gift and am now requesting a voucher to address these issues. I hope for a resolution to continue using Blue Apron without similar concerns in the future.

I have a couple of issues to address. Firstly, I want to praise the freshness of the food and the way it's packaged, which is excellent. However, I encountered challenges with the website interface. As a member of WW, I couldn't locate the Freestyle program. Despite being offered my first order free with a coupon, I was still charged for shipping. Trying to cancel my next order proved complicated, as I inadvertently only canceled the order for two weeks later. I also found it concerning to be charged before receiving the food. The second order I received wasn't to my liking, and changing the delivery date wasn't accurately reflected, resulting in a delivery on Saturday instead of Friday when I'm not home. Overall, I'm disappointed with the experience and wouldn't recommend the company to others. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

I signed up for Blue Apron two weeks ago and got my first two deliveries on September 7, [redacted]. I spent around 2 hours preparing and cooking the meals. Unfortunately, when I had my family try the food, they found the Spanish seasoning too spicy. It was so fiery that it made our eyes water. In the future, it might be helpful to ask customers about their spice preferences. I would like either a refund or a replacement meal for that week. Hello, I did not receive my scheduled Blue Apron delivery last Friday. Despite receiving the usual email notification that it was on its way, the delivery never arrived. Over the past two weeks, there have been ongoing issues with my orders. Previously coming at 2:00 pm, they now arrive as late as 9:00 pm, causing the ice to melt and the vegetables to wither. Additionally, there have been multiple substitutions in the box, such as spinach instead of kale, and duplicate recipe cards for the same meal instead of unique ones for each dish. If these problems persist, I may need to cancel my subscription, as I rely on Friday deliveries to prepare my weekend meals. The recent delay in deliveries has left me without ingredients to cook, and this inconsistency is becoming a significant concern.

I inquired with customer service over the phone today and wanted to also send an email as a follow-up. As long-time customers, my husband and I truly enjoy utilizing your service. We do have a suggestion rather than a complaint. We suggest considering altering the packaging of the chicken. The current packaging makes it challenging to differentiate between chicken pieces, tenders, or breasts without opening the bags. The white lettering on a yellow background is quite difficult to read, especially considering our eyesight isn't as sharp as it used to be. This feedback has also been mentioned by other Blue Apron customers. We genuinely appreciate Blue Apron for enriching our cooking experience, introducing us to various spices and ingredients. I recently received a notification that my first Blue Apron delivery was dropped off at my address this morning at 11:00 am. Unfortunately, it was actually left at a different location about a mile away and was brought to me at 1:00 pm. I was disappointed by this mistake. After unpacking, I noticed that the meal items were not neatly organized as meal kits but rather mixed together for different recipes. This experience has left me very disappointed. I feel upset and unsure if reaching out to Blue Apron directly will make a difference. I am hoping for a resolution to this issue and would appreciate your assistance in addressing it.

I signed up for a box and selected a specific date, but got notifications saying my payment method was incorrect. I updated the information, but then received emails about shipment delays and payment issues. Suddenly, I was informed that my kit was on the way, despite previous payment errors. I didn't select my meal preferences since I thought I wouldn't receive anything. Now, I have a package with meals I didn't choose and I'm disappointed. I want to cancel my account, receive a refund, and have my information deleted.
