I need assistance updating my account email from an outdated one, [redacted], to [redacted] The previous email is no longer active since ymail deleted it. When attempting to switch it, I received an error stating [redacted] was already in use, although I haven't created a Blizzard account with it. I had to resort to creating a temporary email, [redacted], but am still unable to access my account. It has been more than a year since [redacted] was functional. As my subscription is due for renewal soon, I urgently require help rectifying this issue. Contact at earliest convenience would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Subject: Regarding Low Alliance Population on Stonespine Server Dear Blizzard, I am addressing the concerning issue of the low alliance server population on Stonespine (English, EU) in World of Warcraft Classic. After taking a break due to my studies, I returned to find the server practically devoid of alliance players. There have been occasions with fewer than 10 alliance members online across the entire server, making gameplay challenging. While exploring the option of a server transfer, I discovered the high cost of 25 euros per character. As someone with four main characters, the expense seems excessive, especially considering the recent purchase of 60 days of game time due to the unavailability of the 30-day option. The current server environment fails to deliver the engaging experience promised, with empty auction houses and limited dungeon and raid opportunities, hindering my progression towards end-game content. I request a free migration to a more populated server, as the existing conditions do not justify the costs incurred. Alternatively, I propose transferring my four main characters for a one-time fee of 25 euros each, considering the significant investment made already. Should these solutions be unfeasible, I seek a partial or full refund of my subscription. Having invested substantial time into World of Warcraft Classic, restarting is impractical, and time constraints prevent me from reaching end-game content before the release of The Burning Crusade. I trust you will consider my proposal and take necessary actions. Best regards, Floor Duinstra

On April 19, [redacted], following the update, my account was compromised. The hacker disconnected my PSN linked to my PlayStation, and it seems they are active on PC. The email associated with my Activision account before being compromised was [redacted] My previous Activision ID was Tee#[redacted], and the new ID I created as advised is Ling#[redacted]. Upon checking COD Tracker, it was noticed the hacker achieved 40+ kills consistently, all headshots. I have submitted evidence of the hacker's activities, including their kill feed, squad information, and the new regiment. The hacker joined a regiment named FBAMI with around 20 members, and the squad leader is TGilbsGaming#[redacted]. Despite submitting a form on the day of the incident, I provided additional details on a new form to ensure a thorough report. Based on the information available, it seems the hacker may be located in America. The hacker's impressive performance on COD Tracker, achieving 20+ to 40+ kills in BR Trios with all headshots, led to my Cold War and Modern Warfare accounts being unlinked. I am eager to regain control of my account. Additionally, the players accompanying the hacker in a 70+ kill game were Afr1canSmile with 3 kills and ZMtPS 5 with 5 kills. The hacker seems to be using Battlenet with my Activision ID Tee linked to their account.

I have a dormant account under [redacted], but I can't recall the password or access the authenticator. I haven't used this account in years and have changed phones since then without transferring the authenticator app. I'm stuck in a cycle where I can't reset the password due to the authenticator, and I can't remove the authenticator since I don't remember the password. I'm attempting to update my phone number for the mobile authenticator on my new device, but the system indicates the number is already associated with another account. I need assistance resolving these issues with accessing [redacted] Thank you for your help. Apologies for the lengthy explanation.

Hello, I'm Trimeny and I'm facing a complex issue with my Battle.net account. I signed up with a fake ID when I was in 8th grade, thinking it wouldn't impact my account later on. After playing Hearthstone extensively and purchasing Overwatch, I now face trouble. Upon resetting my phone, I lost my authenticator restore keys and couldn't access my account. Support couldn't assist as my real ID didn't match the one on the account. Without access, I couldn't remove the authenticator or prove my real identity with the credit card details associated. Live chat support was unavailable when needed. I tried creating a new account to recover the old one, but faced challenges getting proper assistance. In summary, the issues are: stuck with a fake ID, unable to change it due to login issues; locked out because of the lost authenticator keys; and difficulty accessing live chat support to verify my identity and retrieve my account. My main account name is Trimeny #[redacted] with the registered name Trimeny Josh. Your understanding and help are appreciated. Thank you.

I am frustrated with the lack of support from GMs regarding my harassment issue. The Ignore Option has not been effective in stopping the ongoing harassment from this individual and their friends. I have continuously reported them and requested a GM to witness the situation, but the long wait time for a response is impractical for such urgent matters. These players are engaging in bullying tactics, such as offering gold to other players to assist in trolling and disrupting my gameplay. They persistently follow me across different locations in the game, even resorting to inappropriate behavior. I feel the need to take legal action to address this as Blizzard's current measures seem ineffective in protecting players from such misconduct. I have evidence, including in-game recordings and emails, which have been disregarded by the GMs. I urge for strict action to be taken by banning these accounts to ensure a safe gaming environment for all players.

I need to get in touch with someone urgently regarding my son's unjust ban for alleged "hacking." He hasn't used his computer in months, and it's physically at my house, so it's impossible for anyone else to have tampered with it. Please reach out to me via call, text, email, or chat. Kindly email me in advance to schedule a conversation if it's not via email. I'm eager to resolve this issue promptly as it's a completely unfair accusation. I recently installed antivirus software and disabled unattended remote access on his PC. Despite finding no signs of remote access, I took these precautions. This is my email, not my son's. When we tried to contact support through his account, the response was simply that he's banned with no chance to explain.

I am unsure which topic to select as my query does not fit into any of the categories provided. I apologize for this deviation and hope for your understanding as I share my concern. I am currently in the process of planning my dream home, and I intend to dedicate one room to showcasing a framed print of each item available on the Blizzard Gear Store. I aim to display the largest versions of the prints ever sold since the inception of World of Warcraft. To proceed with my design accordingly, I require information on the size of space needed to accommodate all these prints. Is there a comprehensive list of all previous print releases from the Blizzard Gear Store that I can refer to for this purpose? Constructing my dream home hinges on this detail, and any assistance you can offer would be greatly valued. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your guidance.

Dear Blizzard GM, I am reaching out with urgency to request a thorough review of the recent suspension of my account. The suspension was due to an erroneous report of inactivity in Battlegrounds, which I can disprove with substantial evidence. I have hours of video footage and screenshots clearly showing my active participation in the game while playing Battlegrounds with friends. The suspension appears to be a result of a possible system error affecting not only my account but others in the community. I urge Blizzard to investigate this issue promptly to prevent further unjust suspensions. Your prompt attention and resolution to this matter are greatly appreciated to ensure the fairness and integrity of the game for all players. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Dbuubuu / Dxy

Good afternoon, My son recently informed me about his Blizzard account being hacked, and now he cannot access it because the email and password were changed. I am displeased as I just paid £50 for Call of Duty black ops through PayPal for him to play with his school friends. This purchase was made a few days ago. He is attempting to recover his account but as he is only 12 years old, he only has a child passport. I advised him to send a photo of my passport as well. The original email address on his account is [redacted], and I used my PayPal account to buy the game. Could you please reset his account so he can play the game again? If that is not possible, kindly refund the purchase price to my PayPal account as he may not be able to play the game anymore. I am dealing with this matter while at work. He is facing consequences for not securing his PC. Your assistance in this issue would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Steve Watts

I recently reactivated my account after being inactive for 4-5 years and I am struggling to adjust to the changes. Unfortunately, my account was hacked and the old authenticator I have no longer works. I need a new authenticator to regain control of my account. My main character is missing as the hacker removed it, causing frustration. Dealing with these issues is challenging, especially when trying to resolve them. I enjoy the game but fixing these problems has been difficult. It is disheartening to see the recurring problems in getting assistance. I am concerned about the security of my account, including my bank details, as someone I used to play with may be involved. Their actions have disrupted my gameplay, and I suspect it is an old friend who has not been in contact for years and was seen running a character over mine.

Hello Blizzard, I encountered an issue in battlegrounds that I would like to discuss. Today (June 5th) after the new patch 20.4, upon entering a game of battlegrounds with 4 hero choices due to the perks, I selected Mutanus the Devourer as my hero. However, after being prompted to recruit, I was disconnected with a message indicating reconnection that never happened. Despite waiting for over 20 minutes, I couldn't regain access, ultimately resulting in an unfair loss of 97 MMR. I believe implementing a system to prevent MMR loss due to unforeseen circumstances like disconnections or bugs would greatly benefit the game and community. I have a screenshot saved of the issue which I can provide via email for reference. Please consider addressing this concern to improve the gaming experience. Thank you for your attention and support.

Hello, I am experiencing issues with my email. I accidentally deleted my email address ([redacted]) and I am now unable to log in. I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter. I can provide proof of ownership by using my StarCraft 2 activation keys as I possess all three game boxes. I have already created a new account using my current email ([redacted]) and am attempting to install StarCraft 2. However, I am concerned about my other contents such as the Alarak champion and Overwatch and unsure if the activation keys will remain valid in this scenario. Additionally, I can still log in until the system requests to send the verification email. Thank you in advance for your help, and I apologize for any language errors.

I recently purchased a 6-month Warcraft subscription and the Shadowlands expansion. I have an old account from [redacted] but can't recall the server or account name. I have the expansion key for Lich King "tzkwvt-nwzk-pykeeb-88tb-grpm66," Cataclysm key "#wnve9m-tvhj-44hxnm-8gw7-m4nw2n," as well as keys for Mists of Pandaria and the Battle Chest. I'm looking to retrieve my old characters named Jungledog, Blackmaria, and Gretagabo. When I try to play Lich King or Cataclysm, it prompts me for the account name and password, but it doesn't accept my new Battle.net credentials using the new account name "Quirky Turtle." My previous account holder was William James, and the email associated was kimjam.pit93[at]yahoo.com.

Hello, I recently attempted to log into my Blizzard account to play Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, but I encountered an issue where it's prompting me to enter a valid account name, even though I usually have auto sign-in enabled. When I try to continue without signing in, I can see my account in the top right corner, but I'm still unable to access the game. My username is "I EatUsedTampax" (I admit it's not the best choice, but oh well!), and I'm puzzled by what's happening. After spending over three hours trying to sign in, I'm feeling quite frustrated as I just want to play. I believe my email address could be either [redacted] or [redacted], but checking those emails didn't reveal any account information. I wish I had linked my phone number to my account for easier identification so I could provide additional proof if required, like bank statements, college letters, or national insurance details. Thank you for your help!

My Blizzard account was hacked, and I contacted Blizzard through the proper channel for help. They changed my Battle Tag, password, and secret question to secure my account. However, I am now unable to reset my password as the authentication code is not being sent to my email. I need the code to regain access and address any necessary fixes on my end. Blizzard should ensure that the security code is sent promptly for account recovery and provide clear instructions for customers to resolve issues independently after a hack.

I am encountering an error code message when I start Call of Duty Warzone immediately after selecting the battle royale game mode from the main menu. The error message states, "content package is no longer available, please contact customer support." I am playing on PC and have attempted various troubleshooting steps found on Reddit due to Activision not directly addressing their error codes. I have tried restarting the game and computer, scanning and repairing game files, updating the graphics driver, disabling overlays, and even uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Unfortunately, none of these methods have resolved the issue. Given that my PC has 16GB of RAM and a powerful graphics card, it should be able to handle the game smoothly. If additional information is required, please let me know. Apologies for any grammatical errors, as English is not my first language.

Approximately a month ago, my Warzone account received a permanent ban, which I believe was incorrectly issued. I would like to clarify that I have not engaged in any form of cheating or game data manipulation. On the day I was banned, I played multiplayer and achieved unlocking the damascus camo. Subsequently, I switched to other games and utilized two programs: Bluestacks emulator for Geometry Dash and Cheat Engine for Cookie Clicker. It is possible that the anti-cheat system flagged one of these programs as potentially violating the game's terms. Despite investing nearly [redacted] hours into Warzone over the past year, I am eager to rectify this situation and resume playing the game I have grown fond of. I appreciate any assistance you can provide to resolve this matter promptly.

There has been a persistent bug in WOW that allows some players to exploit MOP scenarios to avoid death in world PVP. These players create alts to queue for the scenario and use macros to automatically invite someone who whispers them. By whispering the alt when their HP is low in PVP, they can accept the invitation to enter the scenario and avoid being killed. This bug has upset many PVP enthusiasts, including myself, and despite reporting it in-game and on the official forums multiple times, there has been no response. It's disheartening to see PVP friends leave because of this bug. I hope the developers address this issue soon as I am a dedicated fan of WOW and love world PVP.

About 10 days ago, my grandson bought Call of Duty Cold War from Blizzard for $59.99. The game downloaded on his computer, but his current graphics card isn't suitable to run the game properly. He tried multiple times to fix the graphics but was unsuccessful. The required card is expensive, and he can't afford it. Please reach out to either my grandson or me to discuss a solution or refund the purchase to my credit card. My name is Tina Krebs, and my email is [redacted] Alternatively, you can contact my grandson using the username venhel#[redacted] and email [redacted] Your prompt assistance is appreciated. If necessary, I will contact my credit card company to request a chargeback. Thank you for addressing this issue. The game was purchased on June 22, and I can be reached at [redacted] or via the email provided. Thank you for your help. Tina Krebs
