My account was suspended due to inactivity during a battleground. I accidentally fell asleep while in the battleground, woke up a few minutes later and realized what happened as I was kicked from the BG. I requeued and the same thing happened, so then I logged off and went to bed. This was purely an accident and I was not given a warning before being suspended for * days. I was not trying to farm honor while in the BG. I work nights in an ER and was more tired than I thought while queueing for the BG. As this is the first time this has ever happened, I will not allow it to happen again. An * day suspension seems ridiculous as Blizzard doesn't seem to do anything about the actual bots farming within the world. I pay a lot of money for this game and this situation has me reconsidering my subscription to Classic and I probably won't subscribe to TBC. I have learned this lesson and want the suspension lifted, especially as I'm paying for the * days that they are not allowing me to play. I want to get information as to how I can escalate this issue within Blizzard rather than just opening yet another ticket that continues to be ignored.
