I recently purchased Call of Duty: Cold War, and after seeing the purchase complete message, the credit card was charged. I've restarted my PC, but when I reentered the game, it prompted me to download Call of Duty: Warzone, which I already have. It's not allowing me to access Cold War despite buying it. When I tried to view the bundle, it didn't open, and I can't play the game even though I was charged. Do I need to wait for it to finish downloading, or is there something else I should do to start playing?

I am facing an issue with my Battle.net account. I previously had an Authenticator App linked to a phone that is no longer in use. After upgrading my PC, the system now requests the Authenticator App to access my account. Unfortunately, contacting Blizzard's Customer Service has proven unhelpful as I am stuck in a cycle requesting the Authenticator Code even to log in to Battle.net to seek support. The support channels are too slow, and I cannot afford to wait weeks to regain access to my account. I urge Blizzard to introduce alternative methods of authentication for account access, considering I pay for this service monthly. Moreover, I request a refund for the unutilized game time due to this authentication issue.

I am feeling very stressed out at the moment. I am a young 14-year-old player of Call of Duty Warzone, and I have my parents' cards saved on my account along with a friend's account details. The account I am using was originally my friend's, but it was passed down to me from another friend. Unfortunately, I believe my account has been hacked since my email is not working properly, and I cannot access my Blizzard account. It is very late at night, and I have been unable to find Blizzard's customer support or reach them by phone. I am worried about the money and cards saved on the account, and I am unable to prove my ownership due to not having a government-issued ID yet. I am unsure if my school ID or passport would be sufficient. I am really unsure what to do and fear losing all my progress and money to unauthorized spending. I would appreciate it if you could respond to me via email, which I will provide below.

Dear GetHuman members, I want to report an incident that occurred today, 16.01.[redacted]. I received an in-game message from someone named GMGamemaster, accusing me of abusing the game's economic features. To resolve this issue and prevent a possible ban on my account, I was instructed to log into the Blizzard Support platform. However, upon doing so, I was immediately kicked out of the game. Now, whenever I attempt to log back in, I receive an error stating that my account does not exist. I suspect that my account may have been hacked. Thank you, L. B. de Castillo

I'm currently in Bronze rank and have encountered an issue with bots in Overwatch Competitive matches. In several games, I faced players named Quirkyorc and Silentstorm who would go to the point and then go afk. I reported them for this behavior. Today, I encountered more bots named Nonremittal, Cheat, and another player with an untypeable name due to my keyboard limitations. They all exhibited the same behavior, walking in a fixed path and ignoring the game. I reported them as well. Many players are suffering losses because of these bots preventing fair gameplay. I haven't been on a team with bots yet, but it seems to be a widespread issue beyond the ones I identified. Please investigate and address this problem promptly to ensure a better gaming experience for everyone.

I am having trouble accessing my Diablo 2 account and suspect it may have been hacked. I have been playing for years and am a 72-year-old Disabled Vietnam Vet. I have always followed the rules and enjoy playing without any inappropriate behavior. I am unsure why I have been locked out and would like assistance in resolving this issue. I have Diablo 3 as well, which is still working fine. I live at [redacted] Montadale St, Fitchburg, WI [redacted], and previously lived at [redacted] Crescent Road in Fitchburg. I have been playing Diablo for about 17 years, starting at my previous address. Please, help me regain access to my D2 account as it brings joy to my life. Thank you, Larry King.

I recently purchased a Blizzard Balance card, but the code provided is not working despite multiple attempts following the online support instructions. I returned to Walmart where I bought the card, and they confirmed activation but advised waiting 24 hours before further support contact. Despite additional attempts, the issue persists, and Walmart cannot refund or exchange third-party gift cards due to policy. As a single mom, affording a new card is a challenge, especially at $[redacted] since my son saved birthday and Christmas money for this. I hope to resolve this matter with Blizzard's help to ensure my son can enjoy his game. Thank you for addressing this issue promptly.

I have been playing World of Warcraft for years and have spent thousands of dollars. Recently, one of my accounts got locked without any reason on my end. I have been a generous player, often giving away thousands of gold to strangers, and I recently transferred my characters to Frostmourne from Dalaran. I also purchased the digital deluxe version of Shadowlands, but I feel it is overpriced. My mage's name was changed from Coldfeet to something ridiculous without my knowledge, and now I am being asked to pay for another name change. I have invested a lot of money in WoW over the years and feel frustrated. I am Emre Pakyuz. My email is [redacted] My new phone number is [redacted]. I would appreciate it if someone from Blizzard could contact me as soon as possible. I believe there should be an Australian branch for easier communication. I am determined to address this issue, and if I do not hear back soon, I will consider legal action. Thank you.

Hello! On 27.01.[redacted], I was shocked when I attempted to log into Word of Warcraft and found my account closed due to an alleged violation of using third-party programs. My beloved characters like Kimosabi and WOW1-WOW7 were affected. I have been a loyal player for over 13 years and have always followed the rules, reporting violators and avoiding any unfair advantages. I do not engage in any unauthorized activities and solely use the Joe Multiboxer program to play. I do not support cheating or real money trading. I suspect that my accounts were wrongly reported by others who confuse multiboxing with botting. I urge Blizzard to review my case and reinstate my accounts. I trust in fairness and hope for a positive resolution.

Hello, My partner has a Battle.net account with the email address: [redacted], Battletag Daxis#[redacted]. Among other characters, he has a hunter named Daxis, a tank paladin named Daxtank (which he plays a lot), a warrior... His most recent purchase in the game was on 04/02/[redacted] for the Epic Pack (order [redacted]18). Today, he tried to log into his Battle.net account. He couldn't find his account. It shows "account not found". Could you please help him recover his account?

I downloaded a [redacted] GB game on Blizzard, but I am unable to play it. When I attempt to play, it prompts for a phone number. Following instructions, I entered my phone number and waited for the verification code. Despite waiting for 30 minutes, my phone number is correctly entered, and I have not received any verification messages. I'm unsure of what steps to take next, especially after spending 40 hours downloading this game.

I am frustrated with this game because it seems to favor players who already have a lot of resources, leaving others like me at a disadvantage. Despite trying, I never managed to defeat the Lich King, and I feel continuously let down. The game design appears to prioritize rewarding those at the top, making it difficult for smaller players like me to progress. It's disheartening to have to endure multiple challenges just to earn basic rewards like a mount. The upcoming expansion requiring another payment is disappointing, considering the lack of support and fairness in the game. I used to enjoy playing, but now it feels like the fun is overshadowed by these issues. The company needs to address these shortcomings and improve the overall experience for all players.

I apologize for the inconvenience, I need your assistance in recovering my Blizzard (Battle.net) account. I purchased it from a seller in the UK around February 7, [redacted], and I am located in France. The email linked to the account is [redacted], and I have both the password for this email and the account. However, the main email on the Blizzard account is different. Yesterday, I received an email from Blizzard stating that the email "[redacted]" has been changed by the seller, who seems dishonest. I am eager to regain access to my account as I paid a high price for it. Blizzard mentioned in their email to contact them if I did not authorize this change, but now they are requesting the identity card of the account holder. Please, I need your help with this matter.

Hi, my friend's account was changed by someone he let borrow it for a short time for gaming while he was busy. He knows it was his mistake for giving out his email. He's unsure how to reach Blizzard support because he doesn't have an account with them anymore. I'm the one who gifted him the account. Is there any way for him to contact customer support to try to get his account back? If not, I'll let him know that he won't be able to retrieve his account.

I had an account with Blizzard that I purchased all the way up to Wrath of the Lich King. Unfortunately, I am no longer able to access my old account to retrieve all the items I worked so hard for. I no longer have access to the original email address [redacted] or the phone number associated with the account. I still have the original game discs and their codes, but I can't recover my old progress. I invested a lot of time into that account and it's disheartening to lose it. I'm reachable at my new email [redacted] and my new phone number is [redacted]4. Please reach out to me with any information or assistance in recovering my old account.

I recently tried to purchase Call Of Duty Black Ops Cold War but mistakenly used the wrong card linked to my PayPal account. Blizzard locked my account until I completed the transaction. Shortly after, I successfully bought the game using my second card, was debited, downloaded the game, and could launch it. However, upon trying to start the game, it stated my account was still locked. Despite receiving an email stating my account would be unlocked after purchasing the game, I'm still facing issues. Blizzard replied that they will look into it, but waiting for their response for 24 hours seems like a long time. I don't want to wait weeks after spending 90 euros on the game, as this would put me at a disadvantage with the battle pass and other players. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I unintentionally fell asleep during a battleground and got suspended for inactivity. It was an accident as I work nights in an ER and was too tired while queuing. I didn't receive a warning and was suspended for 8 days. I'm not a bot farmer and this is my first offense. The suspension feels excessive, especially as I pay for the game. I'd like to have it lifted and need advice on how to escalate this with Blizzard, as opening tickets hasn't helped.

Hello, I have recently been banned from WoW for 24 hours due to a reported in-game name, "crazybich." I believe this name is not offensive towards others and does not intend to insult anyone. I have never engaged in any mean or inappropriate behavior towards other players. I am requesting the ban be lifted as I have not wronged anyone. I am eager to play as I am unwell at home. If the issue is my name, I am willing to change it. I suspect the reports are more about my skill level as a new player rather than my name. I hope for a positive resolution. Thank you, Emmie

My account has been compromised, and the email and password were changed. I have access to the original email for the account, [redacted], and I would like it back. To resolve this, please return my account to me. If you are unable to do so, I request that you delete the account and compensate me for the games Warzone Cold War and Call of Duty Modern Warfare, totaling approximately $60. Cold War was gifted to me, so I expect that game to be provided at no cost. If account recovery is not possible, kindly transfer the games to my alternate Blizzard account with the ID Wildrage#[redacted]. Once the games are transferred, please delete the original account associated with the email [redacted]

My account has been compromised with both the email and password changed. I still have access to the original email associated with the account and would like to regain control.
