My account with the phone number [redacted]94 has been hacked. The email address was changed from [redacted] to [redacted], allowing the hacker to change the password, which they did. My BattleTag was Justin#[redacted]. After changing the password back via SMS, the hacker re-changed it a few minutes later. I didn't know the password and couldn't log in. Finally, after about 20 tries, I managed to change my password via SMS, hoping to log in and play, but my account seems to have been banned! Perhaps due to suspicious activity, and my friends also reported my account because of the hacker. Blizzard says: "The account holder is responsible for any actions taken on this account. Penalties will be enforced regardless of who was playing at the time. Penalties will not be reversed based on individual circumstances." Does this apply to my situation? This would be ridiculous and unfair, I haven't done anything wrong!!!! What can I do if my account was hacked? Will I get my account back?

My BattleTag was Justin#[redacted]. After changing the password back via SMS, he changed it again minutes later. I didn't know the password and couldn't log in. After finally managing to change the password via SMS (after about 20 attempts), I wanted to log in and play, but my account appears to have been banned! Maybe due to suspicious activity or because my friends reported the account due to the hacker. Blizzard states: "The account owner is responsible for any actions taken on this account. Penalties will be issued regardless of who was playing at the time. Penalties are not reversed based on individual circumstances." Does this apply to this case as well? That would be stupid and unfair, I haven't done anything!!! What can I do if my account was hacked? Will I get my account back?

My son's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare account was hacked and stolen. The player who took over the account changed its name to [GE4OR] G7#[redacted]. The account is linked to the email [redacted] We've reached out to Activision with no reply, and Blizzard seems unaware of the issue. My son has dedicated many hours to this game, and we are eager to regain access to the account. We are hoping for assistance in recovering it.

I encountered an issue logging in after a recent patch. My 3D accelerator seems to be the problem. Furthermore, I was mistakenly charged again for a game that I'm unable to play due to this issue. I preordered the new expansion but now regret it, as I cannot access the game at all. I am requesting a refund for the pre-order and the monthly charge. The timing is unfortunate as I just underwent surgery, and playing this game was helping me through the healing process. I am disappointed with Blizzard's lack of customer support, making it difficult to seek help. Many of my friends have also left due to similar frustrations. It's disheartening to see long-time players quitting because of unresolved issues. I urge Blizzard to consider the impact on customer retention and overall business when neglecting proper customer service. Thank you, Mark Holder

I am experiencing difficulty logging into my BattleNet account as I am not receiving the security code emails. Furthermore, I cannot recall the answer to my security question, which was set many years ago and hasn't been needed until now. I've been attempting to reach out to Blizzard's support for assistance, but to contact them, I first need to access my account, which is proving impossible. It would be greatly appreciated if Blizzard could provide a support email for situations like mine, although I'm aware my individual request may not prompt this change. If I were to speak with a Blizzard support representative, I would kindly ask them to help me by linking my phone number to my account for easier verification in the future.

Dear Blizzard Entertainment, I am an international student studying in Massachusetts and a devoted World of Warcraft fan. Currently residing in China due to online classes, I use a VPN to access the Benediction server. Despite notifying you about potential IP changes due to the VPN, I was shocked to discover that my LV60 characters, Adananashi and Suzukisses, were banned for alleged use of bots or hacks. This news initially filled me with sadness and anger, but upon reflection, I aim to address this matter logically. I believe the ban may be linked to my VPN usage, necessary for accessing US servers from China. My location fluctuates between Massachusetts, Hong Kong, and Japan, and a ban solely based on this would be unjust. Additionally, I am not a gold farmer; my choice of playing druid or warlock and engaging in PVP reflects my genuine enjoyment of the game rather than farming for profit. Furthermore, I do not utilize any cheating addons or engage in PVP malpractices. While some players in my guild are gold farmers, not all members partake in such activities. If there are concerns about game balance disruption, I urge you to provide specific evidence of my alleged infractions. I appreciate your dedication to a fair gaming environment and hope this issue can be resolved swiftly. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Angqi

Hello, I am having issues with Modern Warfare. The game installed without any problems, and it runs smoothly until it prompts me to log in. Upon logging in, the loading screen takes an exceptionally long time. I have attempted to use various accounts, both existing and newly created ones, but the issue remains. I've tried reinstalling the game multiple times (over 7 attempts), but this has not resolved the problem. I do not believe my hardware's IP address could be banned, as my PC is new and has not been used to play any Blizzard games before.

I am unable to access my main account at [redacted] After the Blizzard maintenance, I found that my email was not recognized. Despite trying different passwords and resetting, Blizzard did not recognize my email. I have checked my trash and junk folders. I spoke with a Blizzard representative who confirmed everything was okay, yet I still cannot access the account. Ticket # US[redacted]8 has been submitted along with my ID. This issue only affects the main account; I am able to access another account without any problems. Please assist me in resolving this matter. I am having trouble accessing my email [redacted] on the Blizzard site. I have checked both my inbox and spam folder, but the email doesn't seem to be coming through. Interestingly, the email works fine on my computer, so the issue seems to be with the Blizzard site.

I am having trouble signing into my Overwatch account, which I used to make a purchase three weeks ago. Surprisingly, I am now being told that the email associated with my account does not exist. I was not banned, and when I tried to create a new account with the same email, it worked fine. My original account, under the name Ecko#[redacted], seems to have disappeared. I used the email [redacted] for that account, and I really just want to regain access to it.

Hello, I recently accessed my old Overwatch account using the email [redacted] and found the order number and invoice. However, I encountered an issue accessing my Blizzard account as it requires phone authentication linked to my old lost device. I would like to update my email from [redacted] to my new one, [redacted], and remove the authentication linked to the lost device. I can provide all necessary documentation, including my driver's license, and have access to both email accounts, preferring replies to my new email. Thank you.

I used to be addicted to Blizzard games but took a break. Today, I downloaded Hearthstone on my iPad and tried to log into my old account. However, I received an error message stating my account couldn't be found. Suspecting it had been hacked and the email changed, I contacted support and received a response from GM Saitorsi with instructions to reset my password. Despite following the steps, I found my account had been banned upon trying to log in again. Unfortunately, I couldn't submit another ticket as I had reached the maximum limit. The email for support was from [redacted], so I couldn't reply. Feeling helpless, I fear the hacker used my account for cheating, leading to the ban. I never shared my account before but forgot to set up an Authenticator. I'm desperate to regain access to my account, which contains a significant amount of money spent on it.

My Blizzard account was recently flagged as compromised, leading me to complete the account verification process. Following an email from a game master confirming that my account was unlocked, I attempted to log in using my Blizzard Authenticator, but the system did not accept the codes. After reading about the "authenticator out of sync" issue on Blizzard's support page, I suspected this might be the cause. Despite reaching out to Blizzard support on five occasions within two days, I have not received any response. Dealing with this issue has been frustrating, causing anxiety and eating into my game time. I am dissatisfied with Blizzard's handling of the situation.

I suspect my account was hacked. This morning, I discovered I was signed out of Blizzard while attempting to play Cold War, a game I purchased recently. Upon trying to sign back in, I was prompted to create a new account, losing all ownership of my previous games, including Cold War. The email associated with the account is "[redacted]", and the Blizzard username is "Moose". I encountered a similar issue with Modern Warfare in the past, but I lack the necessary ID to recover the account. I have already changed my password and conducted a virus scan. Despite having to create a new email for Cold War after losing access to Modern Warfare, I am determined to regain my account and game access.

I've encountered error code BLZBNTBGS000003F8, which keeps closing my game and resetting my progress. Initially, I thought it was a problem with Activision's Modern Warfare, but the issue persists with the new COD Cold War, indicating it's related to Blizzard. I need assistance resolving this as I've invested $[redacted] in these games, only to experience constant crashes after just 2 hours of play. My computer exceeds the necessary specs, and I've ruled out corrupted files by resetting my system and performing clean installs of Blizzard and both COD titles.

I recently experienced a potential hacking attempt on my Dillingfram#[redacted] account associated with [redacted] I received unauthorized verification codes via email, prompting me to change my password and set up an Authenticator app, causing login issues. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the problem on the website and through SMS verification, the situation worsened. Assistance from Blizzard CS on Twitter was unhelpful, and COVID-19 restrictions limited my access to support services. Now locked out of my account due to numerous failed login attempts, the inability to verify my identity persists. I submitted a support ticket and provided my driver's license but have not received a response. I hope this information suffices to address and resolve this issue promptly. Warm Regards

I have received multiple login verification emails that I did not request. I suspect someone is trying to access my account. Although I reset the password, I am now unable to log in due to an issue with the security verification code. Despite trying to contact Blizzard directly to resolve this, I have been unsuccessful. As I am still receiving notifications of suspicious login attempts, I am concerned and would like to cancel my account to avoid any further risks.

Dear Sirs and Madams, I have been playing WoW from the beginning and have found much joy in it, even after so many years, despite my age. I hope you continue for a long time. Today, I have a concern that has greatly upset me. My partner plays on Teldrassil with his main character, RAMSA. His accounts have been suspended. He is being accused of gold trading/real money trading and multiboxing. However, he was the first to stop multiboxing once you prohibited it. He immediately got rid of the software and even received a refund from you. He used this money in-game to purchase gifts for me. He also bought pets from the shop and bought Shadowland and game time for a friend and my son with the refunded money from you. And now these accusations from you? I commend you for your work, but I still believe a big mistake has been made here. I kindly ask for you to reassess this and restore his account. Shadowlands begins next week, and what is my little Mage Blackpanther supposed to do if she doesn't have her strong Ramsa by her side? Greetings - Elune be with you Patricia aka Blackpanther / Teldrassil (Germany)
