Hello, I have been attempting to reach your support team for several days without any response. Regrettably, I inadvertently created two accounts with Blizzard. One is associated with Activision, where I purchased Modern Warfare, and the other has my WoW subscription. Upon trying to merge the two accounts for convenience, I am now locked out and unable to unlink my Activision account from one Blizzard account. Additionally, I am unable to access Modern Warfare without repurchasing it. I seek assistance to resolve these account issues promptly so I can resume playing Modern Warfare without facing these obstacles. Thanks, G. Prescott

A few days ago on WoW Classic, I submitted a ticket to restore the Nat Fishing Pole I accidentally deleted. Today, a GM contacted me asking for more information to assist me and requested proof that I am the account holder, mentioning my account could be removed if not provided. Despite replying with a query about what additional information they needed, there was no response, and the GM logged off. The message included a link to www.gnwow.net. After helping my guildmates in an instance, I visited the site, entered my details, but it stated my email didn't match any Blizzard account records. Subsequently, I was disconnected from WoW Classic. I am deeply frustrated as there's no trace of my account, my phone number and email seem unresponsive. I've been trying to find a way to contact someone to address this issue for over 2 hours now.

I have had a Battlenet account linked to the email address [redacted] for a long time. I am a subscriber to World of Warcraft and enjoy playing Diablo regularly. However, today when attempting to log in, I encountered an error message stating that my account does not exist. Despite my efforts to contact Blizzard through their online system, I am unable to submit a ticket due to the email verification issue. Supposedly, they sent me a code via email for verification, but I did not receive it. Additionally, I have noticed that every time they display my email, it appears in all capital letters. I simply wish to have my original account restored.

I've been experiencing a nightmare in Overwatch. It's been escalating with really strange occurrences in my games - encountering cheaters, hackers, throwers, and more at an abnormal rate. My SR has been declining, and even my career high stats are dropping across all roles. I checked my settings and found that I'm linked to an account called superninja#[redacted], which shares the first 6 digits of my birthday. I can't recall creating this account, so it's unsettling. I didn't take a photo of my ID since I'm not sure what's happening and I prefer not to share personal information, especially with Blizzard. Can someone assist me with this situation and help me figure out what's happening?

Hello, My brother and I mistakenly linked our Call of Duty accounts with our Blizzard accounts and now we can't unlink them. On his Blizzard account (morotti91), my Call of Duty account is set up, and on mine (marcomoro6), nothing is linked. It says my account is already linked to another profile (my brother's). We can't unlink it. Also, on my Activision profile (MOROTTI MARCO), his Blizzard profile (morotti91) is linked, and when I try to unlink it, I get the following error: MANDATORY REVIEW This account currently cannot be unlinked through this portal and will need to be reviewed. Please contact Activision support for further assistance. I don't know what else to do to properly link my Blizzard account with my Activision profile to have all my game progress saved and available. I hope I have been clear enough. Marco.

While playing Diablo 2 last night around 10:30 pm, I was transferring gear between my characters with a friend. After moving the items and sorting them into my stash, I encountered an 'internet interruption' error message when exiting the game. As a result, I was disconnected from the server for an hour. Upon returning, I discovered that my gear had vanished from both characters. The lost items include Arachnid Mesh, Call to Arms, runes for various runewords, and several perfect gems. I am puzzled as to why the gear did not remain with my original character, the newly muled character, or my friend's account. I believe it would be fair to receive a reimbursement for the lost gear.

I am having trouble updating my email address in the game. After updating my info on the app, I noticed that all my characters are gone. It seems like I might have unintentionally created a separate account for the app. My email, phone number, and address have all changed, causing confusion. I have attempted various solutions and searched for solutions online. When I tried to submit a ticket for help, it did not work. My son and I have spent a lot of time playing this game together over the years. He now wants to change servers, and I want my warlock to stay on my account while everything else moves to his. We are willing to pay the $[redacted]+ for server transfers. I would like to handle this efficiently and prefer going through Blizzard for assistance. My warlock should be able to play alongside him as he has characters on different servers. The email I most likely used is [redacted] and my son's email is [redacted] We have another email and possibly another account, but these two are the most active ones related to our Blizzard history. I have been a long-time player of Hearthstone. Lately, I've been experiencing issues with the audio on my iPhone SE (1st gen). The game lacks sound effects, and it's becoming repetitive to play without the full experience. Additionally, I've noticed that while legendary minions have great sound effects, other minions played are silent. This inconsistency is frustrating and feels like a way to push players towards spending more money. I would appreciate it if all minions had sound effects when played. I recently spent dust to get Madam Lazul, but I didn't receive the card. Overall, I love playing Hearthstone, but these audio issues and missing cards are dampening my experience. I am seeking a refund for two reasons unrelated to the game itself (which I think is awesome, by the way). Firstly, I recently built a new gaming PC specifically to play Overwatch. However, since my friends all play on Xbox One, I didn't realize there was no cross-play option. I would like to switch back to Xbox One as I have already invested time into the PC version but have no one to play with. Secondly, I have acquired numerous skins, including special event skins, which I understand cannot be transferred due to licensing restrictions. Even though I haven't played any matches or opened loot crates after learning about these limitations, I am hoping for a refund so I can enjoy the game with my friends on Xbox. I appreciate any assistance with this matter.

The emails include requests for security checks and a security code. Despite never changing my account or password since its creation, I cannot access my account this morning. Dear community, I recently had a distressing experience in Overwatch. I encountered a team with five players who were clearly smurfing, and some even admitted to it. This behavior is detrimental to the game, as it unfairly impacts lower-ranked players. Allowing higher-skilled players to prey on those of lower skill levels is unjust and ruins the experience for many. The lack of consequences for smurfing is alarming and needs to be addressed. It not only diminishes the enjoyment of the game but also takes a toll on the mental well-being of players. Implementing a separate competitive ladder for smurfs, similar to Counter Strike Global Offensive's prime system, could help alleviate this issue. Overwatch should consider the negative effects of smurfing on lower-ranked players and take appropriate actions to ensure a fair gaming environment for all. Thank you.

I mistakenly downloaded the incorrect format of Call of Duty Modern Warfare. I have contacted your support team via email. I realized I downloaded the wrong format, thinking it was for digital XBOX ONE. Despite the error, I attempted to play on my PC. However, the game kept crashing and prompting me to open in safe mode. When connected to my TV, it became unplayable due to freezing and glitches. If feasible, I would like to switch to the XBOX version without additional charges. If this is not an option, I would prefer a refund and guidance on uninstalling the 200GB software from my computer to reinstall on my Xbox. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, on the 6th of this month, while playing the game, I received a message in the app stating, "Your password has expired." The issue I'm facing is that the email linked to my account is an old one, "daddychulo05 @ hotmail .com," and I can't remember the password. Additionally, the phone number associated with the account was changed over 2 years ago, making it difficult to recover my account. The support team requested an ID, but the only ones I have are expired, and I can't renew them due to closures related to the covid-19 situation. I'm having trouble connecting to Diablo III servers on my Xbox One console for the past four days. An error message keeps popping up saying "Diablo III Servers are not available at this time." Although I can see my friends online in the game, I can't join them due to the same error. I've reached out to my ISP and Microsoft, but it seems the issue lies with Blizzard Servers. Unfortunately, Blizzard doesn't offer any support for console-related problems. There is no live phone support or a way to submit a ticket for console issues with their products. Here are some troubleshooting steps I've already tried: 1. Hard reset of Xbox One 2. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3. Deleted saved games and let Xbox One cloud resync them 4. Verified with ISP (Xfinity/Comcast) that there are no connectivity issues 5. Confirmed with Microsoft that there are no Xbox Live problems and filed a complaint ticket 6. Disabled the firewall on my Motorola router/modem 7. Enabled Motorola DMZ and connected to Xbox One 8. Factory reset of router/modem was also done.

Half a year ago, my phone, which had my Blizzard authenticator, broke down, and I haven't logged into my account since. Unfortunately, I didn't save the backup code or serial number. I forgot to install the authenticator on my new phone. Recently, I reinstalled Windows on my computer and needed to log in to Blizzard (Battle.net) to play my favorite game. However, I'm unable to access my account without the authenticator, backup code, or serial number. Dear Blizzard Team, Yesterday, I was playing World of Warcraft Classic with my Rogue named Oggy on the Everlook Server at around 13:00 when something unexpected occurred. A player with the name "[Blizzard]" whispered me in-game, accusing me of negatively impacting the in-game economy. They instructed me to visit the website de-wow.com and log in to see the details of the charges. When I asked for more information, they did not respond. Shortly after, I was disconnected from the game and couldn't log back in. The login screen then indicated that there was no account with my email address. Additionally, I received an email from Blizzard Entertainment stating that my account's email address had been changed, which I did not authorize. I have followed the instructions on the website for hacked accounts but have not yet received a response from Support. Please assist me in recovering my account, as I have invested a significant amount of time and effort into leveling up my Mage Chavey and Rogue Oggy on the Classic Server Everlook.
