I am disappointed with how my customer support concerns have been handled. I've opened several tickets about my refund request for Warcraft III: Reforged. Despite explaining in detail that I cannot receive the refund through PayPal, I offered to accept Blizzard credit or a deposit to my debit card. Now, I simply want a refund for World of Warcraft: Shadowlands. I have unused Fast Leveling tokens and feel let down by Blizzard's treatment. As a loyal fan since Warcraft: Orcs and Humans, I am disheartened by the current state of service. I've experienced better support from other businesses and wish to speak with someone promptly to resolve this issue. Until I receive better assistance, I will be taking a break from the game. I hope this matter is addressed promptly. Best regards, R.H.

Hello Blizzard support team, I have been enjoying playing World of Warcraft for quite some time. However, I recently created a level [redacted] trial account to try out a new character and was disappointed to learn that once the character is locked out, the gold transferred to that character cannot be recovered. Losing the 25k gold I had on that trial character has been frustrating for me as I needed it for my gameplay progression. Unfortunately, my financial situation doesn't allow me to purchase a character boost to retrieve the gold. This unexpected situation has dampened my experience with the game, and I would greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering the gold. Despite this setback, I have generally had a positive experience playing WoW, but this issue has been disheartening. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Recently, I received an email notifying me that my Wow account was banned due to an illegal game coins transfer. Despite playing just this morning without any issues, I discovered that my account was accessed from a different location by an unknown individual last week. Regrettably, I did not promptly change my password as I was occupied last week. Additionally, I participated in a GDKP pug raid for bwl yesterday, where I purchased expensive gears and lent gold to a friend in need. Although I established a new account on the same server to transfer game coins for my alts for a better gaming experience, I now realize the gravity of the situation. This is my first time immersing myself in the game, and despite only playing for three months, I have grown extremely fond of it. Losing my account would be devastating. I am hopeful that the customer service team can assist me in resolving this matter and reinstating my account. Thank you for your consideration.

Hello, About 10 months ago, I stopped playing World of Warcraft. Today, I accidentally subscribed to my wow1 account, where I didn't have any characters created. I realized my main character, a level [redacted] Troll Druid on DraenorEU, was on my second account, wow2. I also subscribed to this account for a month. I want to transfer my payment to the second account since my character is there. When I logged in, my character was missing. I haven't shared my account information, and my guild confirmed my character still exists. However, I cannot locate it. I have double-checked my account details. Could you please resolve this issue? Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your help.

I recently transferred a character to a server to reunite with an old friend from my World of Warcraft days 12 years ago. Unfortunately, things didn't go as planned as my friend has changed for the worse over the years. I deeply regret my decision and still have three weeks left on the regular character transfer cooldown. I'm currently going through a rough time dealing with PTSD and feeling isolated, and all I want is to join a server with old supportive friends. I've been playing this game since I was 14 and now at 29, it would mean the world to me if someone could make an exception for me and allow me to transfer my character earlier.

Hello, I am a long-time player of WoW and recently started playing again to join my son on the "Faerlina" server. Unfortunately, there were long wait times, so I switched to the "Sulfuras" server to level up and match his progress. My son later transferred to "Earthfury," and I now wish to move my character, Guildwin, from "Sulfuras" to "Earthfury" to play with him. Currently, I am on a cooldown preventing the transfer. Removing the cooldown or transferring Guildwin would greatly help us stay connected during these times of separation due to Covid-19. Thank you for your assistance.

My Battlenet account got hacked while I was playing Call Of Duty. I got kicked out of the game and had to quit to desktop. When I tried to log in, it stated that my account wasn't found. Someone hacked my Gmail and Battlenet accounts, changing my email. I can't even submit a ticket because when I provide my email, it says there is no associated account. I've seen multiple login attempts in my email and when I tried to reach out to support, it directed me to write a ticket. However, since I couldn't log in, I couldn't submit a ticket, causing me to be stuck in an endless loop seeking a solution.

Hello, I was frustrated trying to find this site without an email address provided. I have had a Blizzard account for 5 or 6 years where I played games like Hearthstone, HotS, bought Overwatch, and tried Modern Warfare last week. Now, suddenly, it cannot find my Blizzard account. I used [redacted] as the email address. The site is requesting a photo of my national ID card, which I find intrusive. I am willing to provide it if necessary. I can prove the account's existence as I still have the credit card used for purchasing Overwatch. My nickname was Darkyy, and I had a few friends, including mcipryx, George the wombat, elsiex, Denis, and more. I started playing HS on the account when it launched and bought OW in October or November [redacted] for [redacted] RON or 20 euros. I had a silver rank in OW and another friend named Aiden. Please understand that I had a valid account under [redacted]

Hello, I have been trying to recover my World of Warcraft account for three days now. I submitted my real ID, but the GM I spoke to was not helpful and did not understand that my account was hacked. They refuse to revert my account to its original state with my information. I have invested seven years and money into this game and it's frustrating to have lost access. Please resolve this issue promptly, or I may have to seek legal action due to the lack of consumer satisfaction. Thank you for addressing this within the next 48 hours.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account due to the mobile authenticator and SMS-Protect setup. After cancelling my WoW subscription, I uninstalled the mobile authenticator. Now, upon returning to WoW and changing my password, I am unable to log in as I need codes from the authenticator. I have reinstalled the authenticator but am unable to use it without verification. The SMS-Protect feature is linked to an old non-functional phone. Reconfiguring these security features has become quite challenging, making it impossible for me to access my account.

I need help accessing my Battlenet account for Overwatch. I initially set it up with an outdated email that I no longer have access to. I remember the email and password for Battlenet, but it requires confirmation through the old email address I can't retrieve. I want to avoid starting over in Hearthstone, so I'm hoping to update my account with my current email address. I know my username and password, but I can't verify with the old email. Any guidance would be welcomed.

My account on wow1 was suspended due to exploitative activity involving real money transactions. I am appealing this decision as I have been dedicated to playing classic wow and striving for Rank 14. Throughout my journey, I have faced challenges from a group trying to control the honor system by imposing "honor brackets" on players. Despite their attempts to intimidate me into stopping my PvP play, I refused and continued playing to reach my goal. The group resorted to spreading false accusations about me, leading to harassment from other players. They even followed me in-game, disrupting my progress. Despite their efforts, I remained committed to playing fair and competing for honor. I have evidence of the hate messages I received. The unfair reporting and false accusations have led to my suspension, which I believe is unjust. I request a fair assessment of the situation and justice for the harassment and false claims I have endured.

I recently updated my email address and added my phone number to enhance the security of my account. However, I received an email notifying me of a new unauthorized change to my email address. The email stated that my original email address, [redacted], was being replaced with A***@YAHOO.COM. I am concerned as I did not request this change and am unsure how my account was accessed despite the added security measures.

Our friend, who goes by the character name Dookoo, has been attempting to transfer servers for two weeks before the introduction of layering. Despite the rest of his guild and friends successfully transferring from Whitemane to Sulfuras, he was denied by Blizzard four times. Today, when his cooldown was finally up, Blizzard implemented layering, preventing him from transferring first. This has caused distress among our guild members, with many feeling discouraged from playing due to our main tank being stuck on another server. Dookoo has a character on Sulfuras, but Blizzard seems unaware that transferring his main would not impact the server population. Despite his multiple messages to Blizzard, they only introduced layering days before his transfer window, causing further frustration. We have been loyal customers since [redacted] and have exclusively played Blizzard games. We urge Blizzard to allow Dookoo to transfer to Sulfuras to save our guild from falling apart. If not, we may consider seeking refunds or sharing our dissatisfaction on various platforms.

My battle.net account password was modified, and now I can't sign in. I'm Ashton Shaw, and my account email is [redacted] My battle tag is Zaknafein#[redacted]. I can't recover my account using the usual methods because I lost access to the associated email a few years ago. Hotmail can't verify my information, and I don't have all the necessary details to recover that old email account. I have been a loyal customer and spent a lot of money on this account. I would be upset if I couldn't recover it. Please reach out to me soon to help me get my account back. My main goal is to regain access and keep playing my favorite games. Thank you.

Hello, I am currently trying to link my phone number to my Blizzard account for claiming my top [redacted] rewards in Overwatch. My account was created in Korea but I now live in Australia. However, I've faced issues due to regulations on Korean accounts. I tried contacting Blizzard support, but they suggested reaching out to Blizzard Support Korea. I have trouble using the website and language might also be a barrier. Could you help me change my account's country or guide me on opening a ticket with Blizzard Support Korea? Thank you, Chris

Dear Blizzard Customer Service, A few hours ago, my other account was hacked, and the hacker changed the email address, leaving me unable to access my account via the Blizzard website or in-game. Earlier, I received a suspicious whisper regarding unauthorized activity on my account. I have already submitted several tickets with additional details and hope that you can assist me in recovering my account. In an attempt to access my account, I tried using my Facebook credentials since they share the same email address as my Blizzard account. However, logging in through Facebook did not connect me to my original Blizzard account, where all the purchased games are saved. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Blizzard CS, I am reaching out to report that my other account was recently hacked, and the hacker changed the email associated with it, leaving me unable to access my account via the Blizzard website or in the game. I received a suspicious whisper claiming to be from Blizzard Entertainment GM regarding illegal transactions and asking for verification through a dubious link. I have submitted multiple tickets with additional details in the hope that you can assist me in recovering my account. I also attempted to log in with my Facebook account, which shares the same email as my Bnet email; however, this does not link to my original Blizzard account where I have purchased games. Thank you for your attention to this matter. [redacted]

I purchased Modern Warfare when it was first released. However, today when I tried to log in to play, it stated that my account doesn't exist. I even created a new account with the same email, but my original account seems to have disappeared entirely. I have made several purchases using PayPal on my account, and I am quite frustrated as I have spent a significant amount of money. Additional information: I can still access my Activision account, and it shows that my account is linked. I linked my Activision account to my "new" email, but it's still prompting me to repurchase the game. The unique numbers after my gamer tag should be #[redacted], not #[redacted]. My email has remained the same since the beginning. This issue occurred today, the 27th, while I was playing, and I suddenly got logged out. Despite my efforts, I couldn't log back in as it stated my account doesn't exist. I'm distressed because someone seems to have taken over my account and changed the email without my consent.
