I've attempted to submit a ticket regarding my MOTHER Tech tree being reset. Despite paying for a server transfer, I received no assistance or resolution for this issue. It's frustrating to see Blizzard seemingly abandoning this problem based on forum discussions. The setback has caused me to miss out on many opportunities as I now have to put in double the effort to progress my tech tree. The effort feels wasted since catching up seems unattainable. I request to receive a personal update from a live representative instead of generic responses posted in the forums.

While playing World of Warcraft on my character, Feinkit, on the Majors server, I received a message from Blizzard asking to confirm my account ownership. Shortly after, I was unexpectedly disconnected from the game and can no longer log in. Upon checking my account settings, I received an error stating that my email is not linked to an existing account. Furthermore, I discovered an email in my inbox indicating changes to my account settings, including a different email address being linked. I am concerned about losing access to my account and characters. How can this issue be resolved to restore my account's security and access?

I'll give this a shot. I own the StarCraft games "Wings of Liberty," "Heart of the Swarm," and "Legacy of the Void" on disk. It has been a long time since I played these games, so my account needed an update. "Wings of Liberty" updated fine, but the other two are asking me to pay $14.99 each. I mistakenly paid for "Heart of the Swarm" already, and I'm hoping to get a refund later. Now it's asking for payment for "Legacy of the Void." I accidentally found how to enter the game code, but it said it was active on another account. I just want to resolve this issue. I would appreciate any help resolving this matter.

I recently deleted the email linked to my Blizzard account. Unfortunately, I forgot my password and cannot reset it since the reset emails are being sent to the deleted email address. I opened two support tickets but did not receive any response, possibly because they were still using the old email. I provided my identification as requested to prove ownership and mentioned my old email is linked to my Facebook account for additional verification. I am eager to regain access to my account.

I believe my account was mistakenly banned for alleged cheating, which I did not do. While I did level it up fast using my main account and provided it with resources, I did not use any unauthorized software to alter the game. I managed all activities on the account myself. This situation has been a needless hassle. I simply wish to regain access to my account since I am innocent. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I'm encountering issues on Xbox One while playing Overwatch. Despite my efforts to stay connected to competitive matches, I often find myself unexpectedly disconnected and penalized for it. Utilizing the "rejoin match" option sometimes results in success, but frequently the option vanishes, leading to a drop in my ranking and a 30-minute ban. This recurring problem has persisted for nearly a month. Before disconnection, a red symbol appears on the left side of the screen about ten seconds prior. I've checked my network settings on the Xbox, which report no problems, but the issue remains unresolved. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I'm in need of some guidance as I recently received a 30-day suspension from Blizzard, causing me emotional distress. Despite being a faithful player for many years, I was puzzled by the reason behind the suspension for allegedly selling in-game achievements for real money. I want the suspension lifted as I intend to continue playing passionately. Although I have no history of similar violations, I am now confronting this unexpected situation. Blizzard attributed the suspension to violating the game's integrity. Worried about being unable to play World of Warcraft due to my long-term disability, I find solace and socialization in the game. However, Blizzard has failed to provide substantial evidence despite my efforts, leading to repeated denials of my appeals. The conflicting emails and lack of transparency have left me bewildered and upset, as I cherish my progress in the game and my plans for future expansions. I am determined to resolve this issue and reinstate my account, emphasizing my innocence and dedication to the game and my community.

I need to update my account details. The issue is I no longer have access to the phone number as I canceled my contract and moved to another country. My email was disconnected when I left my job. I also need to cancel my private mail from Blizzard so I can update my current account, but unfortunately, I don't remember the login details. Please assist me so I can get back to playing my game. Thank you, Trevor S.

Hello, I am hoping you can assist me with a recent purchase issue related to Bastion's golden weapon. My friends accidentally bought it when I actually intended to purchase Zenyatta's. Would it be possible to receive a refund of the 3000cp spent on the Bastion cosmetic? The purchase was made about 5 minutes before sending this message on my PlayStation console where my username is Ice-Fang28. Your help with this matter is greatly appreciated. Please feel free to reach out if you need additional information. Thank you sincerely :)

Hello, I am trying to retrieve my Hearthstone account from around 2[redacted]. During that time, my account name was BoneShredder. I can't recall the battle tag numbers associated with the account, or if that feature existed back then. I remember having Hogger and Ragnaros the Firelord as my only two legendary cards. If possible, could you locate an inactive account named BoneShredder from that period? I am willing to answer any security questions to prove my ownership of the account. Thank you for your help.

I discovered that a friend from my guild took advantage of my disability by profiting from the auction house and making characters in the game to mock me. This situation has deeply affected me as World of Warcraft was my refuge for my PTSD. Even though I don't play much, it was an important outlet for me. I've tried to remove the battle tags involved, but I'm unsure what to do as one of the players might be my real-life brother who lives in FL. I have precious old characters with unique recipes, battle dollars, and gold in my account. I have logged out and will refrain from logging back in. I hope the resolution process can be improved to address such serious issues more effectively.

I recently invested a significant amount of money to transfer my guild and characters to a different server realm. However, I was unaware that this move would restrict my access to certain rare items in the game. As I mainly play hunters and delight in seeking out these rare items, it is disconcerting to encounter their absence in the game. I am seeking clarification on whether it is possible to transfer my guild and characters back to the original server without incurring any additional expenses. This request stems from the lack of information provided to me regarding the consequences of the initial server transfer. Thank you, and I anticipate your prompt response. James

I was playing World of Warcraft Classic on the night of 02/15/[redacted], helping low levels run Deadmines. I received a strange whisper from a Blizzard GM claiming I violated Article 13 and would be banned. Despite no tickets or emails in my account profile, I disregarded it. When I attempted to log in on 02/16/[redacted] at 10:30 am, I discovered my account was inaccessible, with the email changed. The system advised me to change my password, which I couldn't do. I am frustrated by this security breach and request a refund for the remaining days of this month since my account was charged on January 28th for this month's play. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my Blizzard Diablo account from another computer. I entered the correct password, but it was not accepted. I tried to reset my password using the "can't remember password" button and received a code to reset it. Despite copying and emailing the new password to myself, it stated that the account already exists. I created a new password, but it is not accepting it. Now I am unable to access my paid account from either the work or home computer. The Blizzard support system is confusing, and I am unable to find relevant help topics. I need assistance to ensure access to my account from both computers with the same password and account information.

I recently tried creating a new account for Overwatch using an email address. However, when I switched back to my main account, I was unexpectedly logged out and informed that my login had expired after about 5 minutes. I then purchased a new account hoping my stats would carry over, but unfortunately, everything reset including my level, friends, rank, skins, and golden guns. It's disheartening to start from scratch after investing 3 years into my previous account. The deleted account was linked to the email <[redacted]>, which is the same email I used for the newly purchased account. I am unsure about what steps to take to regain access to my original account and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

I attempted to create a new account for Overwatch as a smurf and used the email <[redacted]>. After encountering login issues with my original account, I decided to purchase a new one. Unfortunately, all my stats such as level, friends, rank, skins, and goldenguns were reset on the new account, causing disappointment as I had invested three years of progress on my previous account. The email associated with both the deleted and new account is <[redacted]>. I'm unsure how to proceed and am hopeful to retrieve my original account or find a solution to restore my progress.

I have a boosted level [redacted] Warlock on Korgath and I attempted Tempest Keep. I am currently stuck at the last boss and unable to use abilities or Hearthstone to leave. There seems to be a bird resembling Ashes of Al'ar in there as well. I submitted a ticket to customer support yesterday but haven't received a reply yet. I am wondering if when it resets on Wednesday, my character will be removed from Tempest Keep. If not, I need advice on what to do next. Thank you for any assistance you can provide. Marilyn

My World of Warcraft account was stolen on March 16, [redacted]. The breach originated from the United Kingdom. The thief changed the password, email, and added an authenticator. The original email linked to the account was [redacted] I bought the game on February 18, [redacted], using my credit card from Madison, Alabama, United States, for a 60-day play period. The account had 11 characters named Darkshadian, Alke, Kereeg, Eyra, Blaston, Vallo, Helor, Mireko, Superia, Bastun, and Garroter. I am upset and frustrated that I cannot reach anyone for help. I have been trying for two days to get a response regarding account recovery and proving ownership. It seems Blizzard is not prioritizing this issue, leaving me feeling neglected after they have already taken payment.

Hello, I recently experienced a security breach on my Blizzard account and need assistance. The hacker has accessed my account using the email [redacted] They changed my password, altered the account name, and even attempted to breach my email. Fortunately, I managed to regain access to my email by receiving a security code via SMS and changing the password. Upon logging in, I noticed multiple emails from Blizzard Entertainment regarding password changes, account verification, and account modifications. When attempting to use the lost account feature, it now states that the Blizzard account does not exist. This situation is distressing since I have been an avid World of Warcraft player since [redacted] or [redacted], with characters on both retail and WoW Classic servers. The hacker also changed my security question related to my childhood pets. I provided detailed information about my characters on the Bloodscalp and Gehennas servers to verify my ownership. I suspect the breach may have occurred after downloading something related to my Tibia account. If necessary, I can provide proof of card ownership for the account subscription. I am seeking urgent assistance to recover my account. Regards, Mikael.

I recently discovered my Blizzard account has been hacked. The hacker changed the password, account name, and even attempted to access my email. After struggling to regain access to my email, I found several emails from Blizzard regarding password changes, account verifications, and more. When trying to recover my lost account, it claims the account doesn't exist which worries me deeply. I've been a dedicated World of Warcraft player since [redacted] or [redacted], and I'm devastated that I may not be able to recover my account. I can provide detailed information about my characters on both the original game server Bloodscalp and the Classic WoW's Gehennas HORDE PVP server to verify ownership. This includes my characters Taikow, Cilton, Marwiin, Magdalenish, Nokath, Stokkish, Surtjur, Healar, and Mimmish. I believe the hacking may have been linked to a previous attempt on my Tibia account which is linked to the same email address. If necessary, I can provide my card information to prove I am the legitimate account owner. Please assist in recovering my account as soon as possible. Regards, Mikael
