My email was hacked, followed by my Blizzard account being compromised. The hackers added an authenticator, preventing me from accessing my account even after I changed the passwords. I am unsure how they could attach the authenticator without extra verification. I urgently need assistance removing the authenticator to regain access to my account. I am willing to provide any necessary information about my account, characters, or billing to prove my ownership of it for over a decade. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to speak with someone to resolve this matter promptly. Your immediate help is invaluable to me.

I am seeking a refund for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, which I purchased from Blizzard on December 25, [redacted], at 09:05:35. Despite my capable hardware, the game consistently crashes every 15 minutes, making it unplayable. I played for less than 3 hours within the download period. I attempted to request a refund on the website, but I was informed that I had exceeded the allowed playtime. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for understanding.

I would like a refund for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, which I bought from Blizzard on December 25, [redacted]. I only played the game for about 3 hours within a day of purchasing it. Although my hardware can handle the game, I have been experiencing frequent crashes every 15 minutes, making it unplayable. When I requested a refund on the website, I was told that I have played the game too much. I would appreciate any assistance with this issue. Apologies for any language errors in my message.

I encountered an issue with my Blizzard launcher when it prompted me to use the authenticator to verify my account. Due to low storage on my iPhone, I had offloaded some apps, including the authenticator. After redownloading it, I was required to log in and provide a serial and restore code. Following the provided website link for assistance, I logged in again, only to be asked to use the authenticator, which I couldn't access. Essentially, I'm stuck needing the authenticator app to fulfill the authenticator requirement. How can this be resolved? Thank you.

I have an account linked to the email [redacted] with the BattleTag Senseii#[redacted] registered under the name Matthew. I encountered login issues while trying to access Overwatch. Despite attempting to reset my password, I received a notification stating that my account could not be found. I also noticed unusual security code requests, like the one on 12/19 at 1:28 AM, which I did not initiate. I fear that my account may have been compromised. I hope to regain access to my account as it holds Overwatch legendary edition and an expired subscription to WoW: Warlords of Draenor.

My Google account was compromised, allowing unauthorized access to my Blizzard account. Despite having an authenticator, I did not receive any login approval requests. I've changed all my passwords and enhanced the security of my Google account. I'm concerned about the extent of the breach and any potential losses during my absence at work. I'm also puzzled by the lack of authentication prompt from the authenticator. Given my significant progress in the game over the years, I value the added protection provided by the authenticator. Are there additional security measures I can implement for my account? Lastly, if any items were taken, is there a possibility of restoration?

I used to have an account linked to the email [redacted] with the ID HazelNut#[redacted]. After receiving an email alert about a potential breach and attempting to update my password, my account vanished. Blizzard's site and Battle.net show no connection to my email. I bought Overwatch three years ago, losing both my investment and game data. Communicating with Blizzard's support team demands a logged-in account which I lack. My Steam account encountered a similar situation simultaneously. Suspecting a hack via email or malware on my laptop, I seek assistance in restoring my old account. If that isn't possible, could Overwatch be transferred with my progress to my new account under the same email? Appreciate your help.

I need help with a lost $60 Canadian Blizzard gift card. During a live chat, I was advised to enter my Visa details to join a site that would charge a fee to help me get a refund. I'm hesitant to share my credit card information with an unfamiliar site. I do have the receipt for the lost gift card, bought on December 23 as a gift, but my daughter seems to have misplaced it. We don't think it's been used, but we can't locate it and would appreciate getting it replaced.

I purchased Call of Duty: Modern Warfare recently and have played all the game modes except for Ground War. I keep experiencing a frustrating "Lost connection to host/server" error, which many other players are also facing. There hasn't been an official response addressing this issue. I would like a refund as I paid $40 for a game that seems to be broken.

Over the weekend, I bought Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. It took a while to install all the necessary shaders due to my slow internet. However, upon starting to play, I encountered performance issues. After troubleshooting them unsuccessfully, I discovered the game wasn't suitable for me and approached Blizzard for a refund. Unfortunately, they mentioned that my account had accrued too much gameplay time for a refund. This is concerning as a significant portion of the time was spent waiting for the shaders to install and trying to resolve lag issues before even getting to play. I believe I should receive a refund as I will no longer be using the game.

I recently discovered that my Blizzard account (Jeff#[redacted]) has been suspended for three months due to alleged third-party automating software use. This news is alarming and unexpected. I am concerned that my account may have been compromised or that a mistake has been made in issuing this suspension. It is crucial for me to contact a Blizzard staff member promptly to address this matter, as I have obligations to lead my guild members in raids. I am hoping for a swift resolution. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Sincerely, -Jeff

Hello, I need assistance regarding a possible phishing attack I encountered while playing Wow Classic. While in-game, I received a suspicious whisper claiming to be from Blizzard Entertainment mentioning illegal transactions and asking me to verify my account on a website. After following the prompt, I was logged out of the Blizzard app and the game. Now, I am unable to log in using my email [redacted] I suspect my account has been compromised due to this incident. Thank you for your help in resolving this matter.

I am having trouble with my PS4 when playing Overwatch. There's a technical issue causing characters to glitch out. I keep getting an error message (LC-[redacted]) saying it cannot connect to the server, which then prevents me from playing or starting a new game. It takes around 5 minutes for the game to restart and reload. If I am in a Party, I get kicked out. This problem only happens with Overwatch, other games are not affected. Please provide assistance promptly. Thank you.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing Battlenet on Diablo 2 for over a week now. I haven't done anything illegal, just quickly entered and exited a game when this issue arose. I tried calling Blizzard, but received no response. If I lose any items due to this problem, I may stop playing Diablo 2 altogether, so I would appreciate help resolving this promptly. Thank you.

It's been a while since I last played World of Warcraft. My last time was during Cataclysm. I was a farmer and a leveler, and I really enjoyed it. I had a few maxed level characters, like an 85 Blood Elf Paladin and an 85 Tauren Druid, with fully geared armor, weapons, and plenty of resources. At the time, I had millions in gold because of my mining and blacksmithing professions. I had to leave the game around the end of [redacted] or January [redacted] due to some personal reasons. I just logged back in yesterday, January 2nd, [redacted], only to find my account empty except for a few level 20 characters. I did purchase the Heroic Upgrade for Shadowlands for the level tokens, but I am really upset about losing everything else.

Dear Jeff Kaplan, I am interested in joining the Shanghai Dragons. I enjoy playing as D.Va and believe I would be valuable to the team. I recently took an online test and discovered I am 61% Japanese, which I believe qualifies me even though it's not about race. I have over 3 hours of experience playing as D.Va and have accumulated more than 13 kills, showcasing my skills. To make space for me on the team, I suggest removing Se-yeon "Geguri" Kim to avoid redundancy since we both main D.Va. I am passionate about this opportunity and think I would be a great addition to the roster. Thank you for considering me. Sincerely, Bobert Bundy

Dear Jeff Kaplan, I am writing to inquire about joining the Shanghai Dragons. As a D.Va main, I believe I would be a valuable addition due to my dedication and skill level playing her. Additionally, a fun fact about me is that I recently took an online quiz that revealed I am sixty one% Japanese. This playful detail highlights my enthusiasm for joining your team. I have accumulated over three hours of playtime with D.Va and accomplished thirteen kills, showcasing my proficiency. Considering my qualifications, I hope you will consider me as a potential member. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Bobert Bundy

I forgot to cancel my subscription, and I purchased a six-month bundle that didn't clearly state it would auto-renew every six months. $77 has been deducted from my account, which will affect my ability to afford food until my next paycheck. I'm hesitant to involve my bank, as I don't want my Blizzard account to be locked or face repercussions. Is there any way to resolve this without causing disruptions? I urgently need the refunded funds and hope we can find a solution without any inconvenience.

My account has been hacked and stolen. Today, I received an email from Blizzard stating that my email address has been updated without my authorization. Despite not making any changes, I have numerous emails from Blizzard in my [redacted] account regarding purchases and account verifications, confirming that I am using the correct account. Unfortunately, I am unable to contact support through the Blizzard website because the email associated with my account has been altered. I have not set up two-step verifications yet and I am uncertain about the next steps to take. As evidence, I was given Overwatch by someone named Seigefreed on July 17, [redacted], and received $40 from cavdogg330 on June 26, [redacted], to purchase Destiny 2 and Destiny 2 Forsaken. Additionally, I received a gift of Black Ops 4, although I cannot recall if it was a code or from a friend. Curiously, I am still logged into the Battle.net launcher but feel lost on what to do next. I have available pictures and emails from Blizzard for reference and I intend to tweet the same message to Blizzard Customer Service. I appreciate any assistance. Thank you for your time.
