Hello, I recently tried to log into my Blizzard account on my laptop after not playing for several years. The email I originally used was a student address that has been terminated, making it impossible to receive email verification. Additionally, I have changed phone providers, so I cannot receive SMS verification. Is there a way to transfer the content of my account to my new email address? Thank you, Ben B

Last night, I purchased $20 of Blizzard credit and also redeemed a $20 gift card. However, my pending balance still shows $0 instead of $20. I should have a total of $40 ($20 I bought and $20 from the gift card), but currently only see $20 from the gift card reflected. I am aware that it can take approximately 3 days to process purchased funds, but not seeing it even in my pending balance is concerning to me.

I am experiencing bullying on World of Warcraft Classic. On the realm I play on, more than 50 individuals continuously report my account without cause. Despite being unsilenced, Blizzard's automated system prolongs the mute each time. I fear this may have lasting repercussions on my account. It appears these individuals are intentionally targeting me. I kindly request for my account to be unmuted and for the chat logs to be reviewed. This situation has left me feeling distressed, mistreated, and deeply saddened. The emotional toll has even led me to contemplate self-harm. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am unsure if it's possible, but I purchased your game and realized I won't be able to play it due to compatibility issues with my current PC. Even though it's been over a month since I bought the game on November 5, [redacted], and played it just once, I just learned about the refund policy today as it wasn't visible on your website or the battle.net app. I would appreciate it if you could consider offering me a refund for the game or some form of compensation.

I am unable to access my account registered under [redacted] I have purchased World of Warcraft, Diablo, and StarCraft. Although you do not recognize my account, I expect assistance or a refund for all the games I have purchased. I have spent a substantial amount and would like a resolution. Please contact me at [redacted] to rectify this issue, as I refuse to repurchase everything. A phone conversation would be preferable as the online chat interface is challenging to use due to its size.

I suspect unauthorized access to my account. Someone has tampered with or removed my account ([redacted]). When attempting to log in or reset the password, I receive notifications that the account does not exist. I managed to create a new account under the same name, [redacted], but all data has been erased (including my WoW Classic subscription). This situation raises concerns that someone else could be utilizing my account to play WoW, for which I am the subscriber. I want to ascertain the status of my account and avoid being charged for a subscription I am not using.

Hello, my name is Jesse Kasowski and I've been a Blizzard account holder for several years. I recently broke my old phone which had an authenticator attached to it. I've replaced the phone with a new one and got a new number in the process. This change has led to an issue where I am unable to remove the old authenticator linked to the old number and replace it with the new one on my new phone. I usually use the app for account authentication. I would greatly appreciate some assistance with this matter! To confirm my account ownership, I can provide the last 4 digits of the card I use on my account and the names of a couple of characters I use frequently: Toons: Shammysham Holypally Card ending in: [redacted] Thank you very much, Jesse Kasowski

I need help connecting my Overwatch progress and skins from my PlayStation to my new Xbox. I am unable to find my Blizzard account after trying all my email addresses and phone numbers. The site shows "account not found." I have sold my PlayStation 4 and shifted to an Xbox. How can I resolve this issue and link my accounts to preserve my progress?

I am currently unable to log in to my account. The system does not recognize my email address, despite having numerous emails from Blizzard on that address. I have tried all account recovery options to no avail, including requesting verification codes which never arrive in my Gmail inbox, not even in spam. I am frustrated as my account "Loxen#[redacted]" holds valuable information, especially after receiving an email notifying me of an account email change. I acted promptly but am now faced with this login issue. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I have been experiencing issues with my account, despite taking a break from the game. Currently, I cannot access my account as the client is unable to locate it. I suspect my account may have been locked after reaching out regarding a recovery issue related to an incorrect phone number. I have been unable to change my password or address the situation promptly. Despite using an authenticator, my account remains locked, and charges are still being incurred. I am eager to regain access to my account and enhance its security to prevent unauthorized access. Any assistance with resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Email: [redacted]

I need help accessing my Blizzard account to download World of Warcraft on my new computer. I encountered an issue during the security verification process as I do not remember the answer to my security question. Even after requesting and entering the security code sent to my email three times, it does not seem to work. Surprisingly, I have not received any notifications about my account being locked.

Hello, I recently purchased World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth today. After installing and launching the game, I found myself stuck in the WoW Starter Edition. I have tried reinstalling the game, but the issue persists. I am interested in requesting a refund for the game and possibly purchasing it again or opting for a different one. I can offer more details and evidence of my purchase. The email I have listed for contact is associated with my Blizzard account, allowing you to verify the recent purchase history.

My roommate accessed my account without permission, resulting in changes and a permanent ban on my Blizzard Overwatch game. I believe Blizzard's policy on communication reports leading to bans on the entire game is unfair. Reports should specify the game mode affected and only lead to bans in that area. Forcing a player out of the entire game due to a communication report is excessive. Unlike Steam, Blizzard should only ban players confirmed of cheating, not for communication issues. Banning me for my roommate's actions seems unjust. Players should have the right to speak freely without fear of being reported. I request my Overwatch ban to be lifted, and urge Blizzard to reconsider their approach to communication reports to prevent unjust bans in the future.

I am experiencing frequent disconnections from the Blizzard servers while playing the new Modern Warfare game. Approximately every third game I play, I get disconnected. I have tried troubleshooting by uninstalling and reinstalling the app and updating all drivers, but the issue persists. This has been happening since I first got the game, and I would like to resolve it so I can enjoy uninterrupted gameplay for more than 30 minutes. My WiFi connection is strong as I have no disconnection issues while playing Fortnite and CS:GO, where my ping is consistently between 0-1. However, in Modern Warfare, I am consistently booted out of matches halfway through.

I have experienced multiple hacking incidents, and despite changing passwords and using different types of authenticators, my account security remains compromised. I have one last solution before concluding that the issue lies with BLIZZARD. I have created a new email address that is not connected to my computer, which I will use exclusively for BLIZZARD. I plan to update the online authenticator once more to secure my account. If this fails, I urge BLIZZARD to address the problem promptly with a solution that does not consume excessive time. We also desire to know if any efforts are being made to apprehend the criminals responsible for these breaches.

I used to play World of Warcraft years ago and recently wanted to get back to playing. I no longer have access to my old email and barely remember my username. I do have my World of Warcraft keychain authenticator and can vaguely recall some characters I made, with my main being a mage named Daxler and a shaman healer named Slavetodax. Please help me as I don't want to repurchase all the DLC or start from level 1. I created the account before a phone number attachment was an option, and I used to call for help in the past, but now I can't find a working phone number to reach customer support. My new active email is [redacted].

Additionally, my character is missing from the World of Warcraft armory. I no longer have access to the email linked to the account, but you can reach me at [redacted] regarding the account previously associated with [redacted] Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I require assistance with an account linking problem. I recently purchased Call of Duty: Modern Warfare from the Blizzard Store on Battle.net. I encountered an error stating that my Activision account is linked to a different Blizzard account, MRXXX, which I am unfamiliar with. After investigating the issue, I discovered that my desired Blizzard account, SullyBully, should be linked instead. Unfortunately, attempting to unlink the accounts has led me to a frustrating loop of unhelpful support methods from both companies. I have dedicated three hours to resolving this issue without success. I seek assistance in unlinking the MRXXX account so I can properly link my account, SullyBully.

The packaging for "Overwatch" on the Switch is misleading and disappointing. On Christmas morning, my son received the game, but it had no cartridge inside, unlike the other game he got. This led to confusion and frustration as we were unaware that "Overwatch" is a digital-only game. It would be helpful if there was a clear sticker or notice on the box to indicate this, preventing others from facing the same confusion. Additionally, providing the option to choose between a physical cartridge or a digital code would be beneficial, especially for those concerned about storage space and additional costs for memory cards. This experience highlights the importance of clear communication on product packaging to avoid misunderstandings.
