Hello Blizzard Support, I am currently experiencing a unique issue with my Hearthstone account on the NA server. When I try to connect, my account gets stuck at the title screen with the symbol lagging. Interestingly, this issue does not occur when I switch to the Europe region. I attempted to log in from a different computer to my NA account, and it worked without any problems. I have already reinstalled both Battle.Net and Hearthstone, but the issue persists. Could you please assist me in resolving this matter? My battletag is Marcuaelite#[redacted]. Thank you.

I purchased Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare from the Blizzard Store hoping to enjoy it, but unfortunately, I'm not finding it as engaging as I had anticipated. My frustration mostly stems from the community within the game. Spending a hundred dollars on a game with minimal replay value in just the campaign is disheartening. I would appreciate any assistance in seeking a refund if that's a viable option.

Hello, I recently purchased Call of Duty: Modern Warfare on my Blizzard account on November 28, [redacted], and have been very disappointed with the results. I have spent nearly 10 hours trying to resolve the numerous problems I am experiencing, but the game continues to crash and close unexpectedly. Despite watching various videos and reading forums for solutions, I have been unable to enjoy the game without interruptions. Interestingly, a friend with a similar setup does not face these issues, leading me to believe the game may not be compatible with my system. Therefore, I am requesting a refund for the game as it is not functioning as expected. Thank you for your assistance. - S.Z.

My BattleNet account was hacked. On 6th December [redacted], at 2:49 pm, I received an email notification of a BattleNet security code, followed by an account change notification stating that someone changed the email information on my BattleNet account. I attempted to log in but was unsuccessful as the hacker had already altered the email and phone number linked to the account. I am unable to regain access. I am concerned about the credit card details saved in my account. Please assist me promptly.

My recent ranked game was impacted by a player who displayed disruptive and inappropriate behavior from the start. The player chose to disrupt the game starting from character selection. I wish I could share screenshots and a replay to illustrate their conduct. Despite collective agreement among my team, we reported the player for their actions. Their behavior, marked by derogatory language, continued unabated throughout the game, without justification. As a long-time Blizzard player, I have never encountered such severe misconduct. While I may not recover my placement game, I hope that steps are taken to prevent this player, Corridor#[redacted], from spoiling more matches for others.

I purchased StarCraft 2 over a decade ago and I'm having trouble playing it again. When I try to enter the authentication key, it says it has already been redeemed, even though the game is original. I'm confused because the key on the sticker inside the box seems to be a temporary one. I'm wondering if maybe I registered the game with a different email, but I can't remember which one. Here are some of the emails I have been using for over a decade: [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] Thank you, George M. Beirut, Lebanon

I recently purchased a new phone and installed Hearthstone and the authenticator app on it. I traded in my old phone for a discount, but now I can't log into Hearthstone as it's asking for authentication. When I try to restore my authenticator using the battle.net/bma website, it says a security code has been sent to my Blizzard account email address, which is [redacted] However, despite checking my email on three different devices, I am not receiving the email with the code. This process has become a challenge just to play Hearthstone due to getting a new phone.

I recently bought a Lenovo laptop that came with the Call of Duty Modern Warfare game included. I received the activation code from Lenovo and began the download process using Blizzard Software. The game file was over [redacted] GB in size, and after two days of downloading, I encountered an error when trying to launch it for the first time: Disk read error [5.0] 'eng_code_post_gfx.ff'. Today, when I turned on my laptop, I was prompted to download an additional 20 GB. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Last week, I encountered an ongoing issue with my in-game voice chat cutting out unexpectedly, a problem that seems to be affecting many other players based on what I've read in various forums. During gameplay, my ability to hear my teammates suddenly stops, while they can still hear me. Despite leaving and rejoining the team chat, the problem persists, allowing me to hear them briefly before being disconnected again. I do not believe I have been banned, as I did not receive any notification. Furthermore, my microphone is functioning correctly on other games I play, ruling out a hardware problem. I have attempted the solutions provided on a support page within a forum dedicated to this issue, but none of them have proven successful in resolving the problem.

Recently, my duo queue partner and I had an encounter with a hacker in Overwatch. The player in question, Hoith#[redacted], was using aimbot hacks during the game. I usually don't reach out for support about such issues, but this behavior was particularly concerning. What's more, Hoith#[redacted] streams on Twitch using a different account to avoid detection while maintaining an active aimbot account. This player was also toxic and engaged in chat harassment during our match. I have video evidence of the hacking incident and am willing to share it via email. I'm inquiring whether it is possible to have this account permanently banned.

While I was playing WoW Classic, I suddenly lost access to my account. The associated email couldn't be found, and someone changed both my email and phone number. I've lost access to my account where my level 60 warrior was playing with a lot of playtime. I play on the Thunderfury server, Horde Tauren. Yesterday morning, someone whispered me in-game, claiming to be a GM from Blizzard and said I needed to verify my account. Unfortunately, I fell for it and logged in, possibly getting keylogged. Can anyone assist me in recovering my account?

Playing your game feels like a waste of time. Spending a few hours a week won't get you far, and the game seems designed to make money rather than provide enjoyment. The drop system in certain zones is frustrating, with items consistently being lower level than needed. This encourages players to spend more or cheat to progress. I feel compelled to share my negative experience and warn others to avoid getting caught up in the unfair tactics of the game.

My Barbarian character in Diablo 3 died due to a strange error. I couldn't see any monsters, but damage numbers were still appearing on the screen. His health points didn't decrease, yet a message indicated he was dead. Additionally, there was a strange message in the middle of the screen. My Battle Tag is DTD#[redacted]. This should be the only deceased Barbarian on my account. Please fix this issue. Thank you.

I tried to update Hearthstone, but it got stuck in the update process. I left my computer on overnight, but it remained at the same spot. I then read an article recommending to uninstall and reinstall the game, which I did. However, now I am unable to install the game again, and I can't play. Please assist me.

I've been playing as a Death Knight and I've noticed that some spells like Defile should be dealing [redacted] damage or more, but they are only doing less than [redacted] damage. I am currently at level [redacted], so this seems really weak for spells of that level. Similarly, the Death Coil spell is also underwhelming. On top of that, it seems like Paladin spells are weaker, with the initial Paladin spell being even weaker than the Paladin's auto attack. It would be great if the damage output of these abilities could be looked into and possibly increased, as Defile and some other spells feel really weak.

Her email was [redacted] She is Patricia Edwards, known as Dena online, and also has an authenticator. We have cleaned our systems and used Malwarebytes. Assistance is greatly appreciated. Jeff.

My online name is Eagle and my old email was [redacted] My friend may have changed the address to [redacted] 33rd St in Denver as a joke. The new email he used was some silly joke. He also remembers my phone number, [redacted]. I submitted a ticket earlier for my account and my wife's, [redacted], with her online name as Dena, full name being Patricia Edwards. I appreciate any assistance you can offer. Thank you, Jeffery Edwards ([redacted]).

I bought the new CoD Modern Warfare, and the purchase seemed successful. However, when I tried to download the Blizzard.net game launcher as instructed, it didn't work. The download would almost complete, reaching 4.5/4.7 megabytes, then I would receive an error message saying "Failed - Network error." Attempting to resume the download just led to the same issue, restarting the queue and showing the same error message.

Hello, I purchased the game "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare" a few days ago and everything was running smoothly until this morning. Despite having a [redacted] TI graphics card, I started experiencing lag issues. I have tried adjusting the graphics settings, but the problem persists. My internet connection is stable with a 15ms ping, and I even tested it with a bot game. The character sometimes continues running even when I stop, and there are moments where I seem to be floating erratically. This issue is incredibly frustrating. Can someone please assist me with this problem? Thank you.

I purchased your game for $60. However, my game play was suspended for leaving a match, rendering the game I bought inaccessible. I request a refund for my purchase or an assurance that there will be no further interruptions. I hope we can address this promptly. Such actions are not acceptable. **UPDATE** After 8 days, I have not received a response. The automated emails I received are laden with unnecessary advertisements. The lack of service is disappointing. Blizzard should feel ashamed. I persist in seeking a refund for the unavailability of the product.
