Hello, I am interested in purchasing additional characters in StarCraft 2 to enhance my gaming experience. I find it troubling that the cost of these characters exceeds that of the original game, especially considering they do not come with their own unique campaigns. Dear Blizzard, Before the new expansion, I had saved all my gold to buy packs and opened two legendaries. Unfortunately, I mistakenly dusted Valdris Felgorge while crafting cards for my handlock deck. As a result, I've dropped several ranks due to the weaker cards in my deck. I need [redacted] dust to complete my deck, as playing with basic cards has proven difficult against the powerful new additions. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I am having trouble accessing my account. The email associated with it is "[redacted]". I am being asked to confirm a code from my authenticator app, which was on a phone I no longer have. I need assistance in removing the authenticator so I can access my account. The alternative method of verification is sending an SMS to a phone number I no longer possess. I have invested a lot of time in this account and would like to avoid losing it.

While purchasing a new iPhone, I forgot to log out of my authenticator app on my old phone. Consequently, I am unable to access my old account. I have all the necessary information, such as my old phone number, email, and passwords. I urgently need assistance to resolve this issue.

I have contacted you three times already. My account was hacked between Friday and Saturday night, and now I cannot access the game or my account on your website. I recently purchased Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 as a Christmas gift for my son on 6/12/19 for £32.99 via PayPal. Unfortunately, I mistakenly bought a download for Windows instead of a disc for his PS4. I am hoping to switch this to a version he can use on his PS4. The payment has already been processed, and I have not used the download. I appreciate any assistance in correcting this error.

Hello, I recently purchased Cod at a 33% discount, believing it was for PS4, but later discovered it is for the computer. This is my first time purchasing a game from Blizzard online. I accidentally bought a PC Windows game instead of a PS4 game. I stopped playing World of Warcraft during the Wrath of the Lich King expansion and decided to return on December 16, [redacted], only to discover that my account had been banned. I attempted the troubleshooting suggestions provided, but none were successful. When I contacted customer service via phone, the call was abruptly disconnected within seconds. I am hoping to have my original account unbanned to avoid creating a new one. I would like this matter resolved by having my account reinstated. I am growing frustrated with the lack of resolution regarding my issue. This marks the third time I have explained my situation without a satisfactory response. My concern is that my wife accidentally purchased a PC Windows game instead of a PlayStation 4 game from your store. I am unable to utilize the download I purchased. In need of assistance! I have encountered a series of issues with my BLIZZARD account recently. It started with a message stating that my account was not found a few days ago, which led me to discover that my account was "hacked." A helpful and understanding individual guided me through the process of recovering my account, which seemed to resolve the problem temporarily but new challenges emerged. After resetting my account with the agent's help, I set up a new password and installed the free "Authenticator" on my iPhone. However, upon trying to log in again to link the Authenticator to my account, I encountered an error stating that it does not work on Windows. Despite entering the new password, I struggled with the additional "Security Code" verification and decoding the squiggly letters due to physical challenges like cataracts, arthritis, and bursitis. Today, I received another message claiming that my account was not found, hinting at a potential hack after removing the Facebook connection. Despite creating a difficult password, I face difficulties entering it. I hope to resolve this situation and bring the hacker to justice.

I purchased "Battle for Azeroth" and leveled up my druid to [redacted], expecting the quest in Dalaran to trigger for me to access my class location. However, I noticed there are no Tauren in Dalaran and learned that Dalaran shouldn't be in Northrend for this quest. Despite having the spell to teleport to locations with portals at level [redacted], I couldn't enter the portal leading to the class quest line. I considered starting "Legion" content but am unsure how to proceed or if it would benefit me. P.S. Apologies for any language errors.

I'm currently experiencing difficulty accessing Overwatch on my Xbox One due to a log in error with the code BC-[redacted]. Hello, I need some help with my battlenet account. A while back, I tried to log in via the mobile app. Since it had been a long time, I had to answer a security question or have a code sent to my email. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email linked to my account. When trying to answer the security question about my high school address, I may have entered incorrect information, triggering a security alert that changed my password. Now, I am unable to access my account. I believe if I can update the email address, I can reset the password. I recently discovered an unauthorized charge for a month of WOW Classic, which was set to auto-renew without my knowledge. I did not even play the game during that particular month and I am seeking a refund for it. I have been a loyal customer of Blizzard products and I frequently make purchases from them. However, if I do not receive a refund for the subscription that I did not use, I will be compelled to abstain from any future Blizzard projects. I bought the game, and although I can start it, the menus are very slow, and after about 30-45 seconds, I get a fatal error and the game crashes. I have been unable to find a solution to this issue and would like to request a refund for the game since I have not been able to play it at all. All the time registered is from me trying to navigate the menus before it crashes.

I was attempting to purchase COD Modern Warfare on my phone. After paying €39.99, a site tried to open, but I accidentally closed it. A message popped up saying I was redirected to an external website for payment completion, but it's uncertain if the payment went through. I have proof of payment and can email it. I'm concerned about when I'll get my refund as I intend to buy Modern Warfare promptly.
