Hello Blizzard, I am encountering an issue with my account that I would like to address. I created this account when I was younger and linked it to my brother's email address, [redacted] Unfortunately, his email was hacked, and the password and email associated with my account were changed. When I tried to log in recently, I received an "account not found" message. My brother confirmed that the email linked to the account was changed on 15.10.[redacted] to an unknown address. I have reached out to support, but they were unable to assist me without additional information, such as a phone number that was not linked to the account. I hope you can help me recover my account, as I had purchased Overwatch and Warcraft III on it, and I would prefer not to repurchase these games. Thank you, sargon011

Recently, my computer got hacked, with all programs disabled, the firewall down, and a notepad guiding me to pay the hacker in bitcoin. I was playing a game at the time, so I immediately shut down and reformatted my computer. Now, after a few weeks, Blizzard has banned me for six months for hack/botting, though I never engaged in such activities in the game. I tried reaching out to them through a ticket, but it didn't provide much help. Additionally, my Steam accounts were banned due to the hacker's actions. I'm seeking assistance to address and resolve this issue promptly.

I am looking for assistance in unlinking my Activision Account from my Battle.net/Blizzard account. I purchased the Modern Warfare game for both PC and Xbox, but I am unable to play simultaneously on both platforms due to a linking issue. I need to disconnect my Battle.net account and create a new Activision Account for my PC game. Despite attempting to resolve this through various support channels, I have not received any helpful responses. The unlink option on the websites has not been effective. I registered for the new WOW last month but couldn't log in or play. I attempted a one-time payment, which didn't process. Today, I noticed a $16 charge from Blizzard. My 14-year-old brother, who has autism, worked hard to save money to purchase the new Modern Warfare game for PC. Unfortunately, the game consistently crashes - displaying a black screen and shutting down whenever he attempts to play either multiplayer or the campaign mode. Despite all his efforts, he has been unable to enjoy a single match since purchasing the game a week ago. I have suggested he seek a refund, but he is determined to resolve the issue. I can confirm that it is not a problem with the computer, as all other new games run smoothly, and all necessary updates for graphics cards and drivers are up to date on his less than a year old gaming PC. This issue seems to be exclusive to this particular game. I would appreciate any assistance in finding a solution to this problem so my brother can finally enjoy his game.

I need assistance with an issue on Xbox One related to my competitive gameplay in 3v3. I have completed my placement matches and played over 50 games, and my season rating should place me in the top [redacted] and around rank 40 in Europe. Recently, I purchased the computer version of Overwatch. While the game loads and runs smoothly, I encounter an issue specifically when trying to play online matches. While waiting for the game to load, I receive a message stating, "You are about to be removed for inactivity." This message appears before I even reach the character selection screen, making it frustrating as the game is still loading. I've attempted various solutions such as adjusting graphics settings, exploring online forums, and tweaking settings in Settings_v0, but none have resolved the problem. I am disappointed by this recurring issue, especially since I've been eager to play Overwatch for quite some time. Despite searching for solutions online, I have yet to find a suitable fix. Hello! I purchased a wristband from someone since we missed the online transfer deadline. However, when I attempted to scan it for the collectible, I was informed that it had already been collected. The seller claimed that many people were facing issues due to a glitch in Blizzcon's system. Could you please verify if this is accurate? Can you confirm if all tickets under the name Nathan T. have received their collectibles? The ticket was for a footman. I understand that Blizzard is not accountable for this situation, and it was my mistake to trust the seller. Regarding Classic World of Warcraft, my main character is a level 42 hunter named "CSharp." Despite not seeing any issue with this name, I have encountered instances where other players threaten to report it, claiming it is racist. This has led to animosity and made the game challenging to enjoy. While I initially wanted to keep the name, the continuous harassment on Discord and in-game chat has become unbearable. I recently purchased and played "Modern Warfare" on my PC. While in the middle of gaming, I started receiving an error message titled "Directx encountered unrecoverable error." I attempted to troubleshoot the issue and downloaded an update, but it failed to complete due to another error at around 75 percent completion related to a file problem. Despite following the troubleshooting steps provided on the website, including using the repair files tool, deleting and reinstalling Battle.net, and uninstalling and reinstalling "Modern Warfare" twice, I am still facing the same file issue. I am experiencing the same issue and want to address it. I have attempted to resubscribe to my World of Warcraft game account on multiple devices at home using different browsers, with no success. When I try to add a payment method to my profile, the page fails to load. Additionally, when I choose to resubscribe for a 1-month subscription using a credit/debit card, I receive an error message stating that something went wrong. I even tried at my son's home on a different computer and encountered the same problem, despite no connection between our computers' settings. I am wondering if there might be a block on my account causing these issues, as I have received numerous unhelpful emails from Blizzard and none of my attempts to subscribe have been successful.

Hello. Today on the Gehennas server, my character Moderlolx and three of my guildmates with the nicknames Laty, Celph, and Talesavo accidentally received the cooldown for Molten Core that we were not planning to get. I am part of a hardcore guild, and we were supposed to do a speedrun in Molten Core tomorrow, so we had gathered all buffs in advance and logged out a day before the raid. Our raid leader had three characters in the raid: a warrior named Laty who was supposed to attend the raid tomorrow, a warlock named Gasgasgas who summoned people to Molten Core, and a mage named Saladvault who opened portals and who had already been in the raid this week. Initially, the raid leader started forming the raid with his warlock, but at some point, he switched to his mage, and that's when I and my three guildmates entered Molten Core and got the cooldown on an empty instance. Is it possible for me and my three guildmates to reset this cooldown?

Hello, this is my 5th ticket in 48 hours. I have been in touch via email and live chat regarding my main account being hacked. Yesterday, I was playing with my team at 7:00PM when I got logged out. Upon trying to log back in, it said my account didn't exist. I was perplexed as I had a Blizzard authenticator connected. Checking my friend's list on another account, I found my main account's name had been changed to Josephine#[redacted], then to Shard#[redacted] 12 hours later. I bought Call of Duty: Modern Warfare on October 30, [redacted]. After playing for 10 days, I'm seeking a refund. The auto-aim in the console version makes it challenging for PC players. I find it difficult to improve my gameplay with only about 3 kills per match as console players have a significant advantage with auto-aim accuracy. I am not enjoying the game as a PC player because of this. I am requesting a refund of at least 90% of the $[redacted] purchase price. The update is stuck, and I can't start it through Twitch because the servers are showing as "incompatible." This issue has occurred before. I decided to uninstall the entire game and Battlenet, which took a day to reload. However, Battlenet is still stuck at the same place. I left it running overnight, and it seemed to have downloaded by the morning. I suspect it might be something specific to my computer. I've disabled the firewall and antivirus to try to complete the update. Every time I attempt to update, it freezes the internet, leading me to restart the computer repeatedly. Despite trying methods like using a notebook's wifi to download Diablo and copying Battlenet files via a USB drive, the update remains stuck. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but I'm back to where I started.
