There has been an issue in my guild where public notes were changed by someone to say negative things about the guild master. After narrowing it down to 4 possible members, I used the guild roster manager to track the time frame of the changes. I suspect it might be Kpop, Aeric, or Dabeau, as I had a previous incident in a dungeon with them. The individual responsible updated around 20 notes in a short period, causing disruption. I have fixed the notes and revoked privileges, but I fear this person will continue to target me and the guild. I hope to receive assistance from Blizzard in identifying the culprit to prevent further problems in the future.

As a new warlock player, I recently bought the [Brown Horse Bridle] for 72 gold to get my mount at level 40. However, I later found out I could have obtained a free Summon Felsteed from a warlock quest instead of purchasing the mount. I didn't know about this quest since I'm new to the game. I have the [Brown Horse Bridle] in my bag and I'm hoping for a refund of the 72 gold spent on it. I would appreciate it if this could be sorted out. Thank you.

I have noticed that there are role picks for Competitive matches, but I am puzzled by the same system being enforced in Quick Play. Quick Play is typically a mode for casual and relaxed gameplay without the constraints of roles. Many Overwatch players online share this sentiment, according to what I have observed. It would be beneficial to consider the community's feedback on these changes, as they seem increasingly unreasonable. I would like to suggest a potential solution for situations where players leave a Competitive match. If the game becomes unbalanced due to players leaving: 1.) When a team is down to 5 players against 6, roles should be more flexible or open for the team with 5 players. 2.) If a team is reduced to 1-3 players against a full team of 6, regardless of the game progress, the match should end as it is nearly impossible for a team of 3 to defeat 6 opponents. Thank you for taking the time to consider my suggestions. I hope you can address these concerns. Have a great day.

I have a suggestion regarding the release of classic and the upcoming expansions. Instead of upgrading the existing classic servers, my idea is to open new servers for each expansion. By doing this, you can cater to both players who prefer classic and those who enjoy the newer expansions. For example, keep the classic servers as they are and introduce 10-15 new servers for the Burning Crusade and later the Lich King. This way, players have options to choose from. You can monitor the player activity on each server and adjust the number of servers for each expansion accordingly. Additionally, consider offering a different payment model where the monthly fee includes access to two expansions. I believe this approach could help retain more players and enhance the gaming experience. Thank you for considering my suggestion. Have a wonderful day!

Hello, my name is Benjamin Edward Pryor, also known as SilentWraith#[redacted]. I've received a notification stating that I have been suspended for 8 days due to "Abusive chat." Despite receiving a warning almost 2 weeks ago, I have not engaged in any abusive behavior since then. I believe this suspension is unwarranted, as I have not been unkind to anyone or engaged in any negative chat. I am requesting an appeal to lift the suspension earlier so I can resume playing on my account. I assure you that I will refrain from such behavior in the future. I accept the situation and will comply accordingly. I was unexpectedly kicked out of a game tonight and upon trying to log back in, found out about the ban until September 22 at 22:02. I sincerely hope for a positive response, but if not, I will accept the consequences and work on improving my conduct. I apologize for my past actions and hope for a favorable outcome. Thank you for your consideration.

My old WoW authenticator has stopped working, and I need to remove it to play the game. I attempted to follow the instructions on the WoW website to remove the authenticator, but I got stuck at a login screen that requires an authenticator code. They are requesting a photocopy of my government-issued photo ID if I don't have the authenticator, but I consider this a security risk and am not comfortable doing that. I have the authenticator with the barcode and ID number on the back. I have been playing WoW for 15 years, almost since its release, and I would like to keep enjoying the game.

I am having trouble installing Blizzard's Battle.net on my PC. I have encountered Error Code: BLZBNTBTS000007D0, which seems to be a connection error. I have already attempted various troubleshooting steps, including resetting my network devices, optimizing my internet connection, updating drivers and the operating system, closing other applications, and checking security programs. Despite these efforts, I am still unable to install the Battle.net app on my computer. Any additional advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

I received a rude email accusing me of cheating in World of Warcraft and my account got banned. It has been difficult to find a place to address this issue. I'm upset about being accused of cheating when I have never used cheats or hacks. I understand the need to maintain fairness in the game, but falsely accusing someone is not the right approach. My account was Selgar#[redacted]. I used to enjoy Blizzard games, but this experience has left me disappointed. I hope you will be more cautious before accusing someone of cheating. Please consider being more considerate and less automated in your customer support. Thank you for your attention and for wrongly accusing me of cheating. :(

Hi, I am reaching out because on August 25th, [redacted], our house was destroyed in a fire. We have recently moved into a temporary home and are finally able to access a computer today. Unfortunately, we lost everything in the fire, including our authenticator and game records. The sentimental value of our lost Vanilla discs and the memories associated with them is heartbreaking. Gaming has been a special family tradition, particularly for our son who is studying game design with hopes of working at Blizzard in the future. Despite the challenges, we hope to resume playing as soon as possible. Our account is linked to [redacted], and our user id should be Kirkm35. Our main characters, Tullric and Narkissa, are on Silvermoon US. We are devastated by the loss of our home and belongings and would appreciate any assistance. Thank you for your help. For the Alliance! Best, Hailey and Kirk Franklin

Years ago, I had a Hearthstone account linked to my mother's credit card. Due to overspending, she requested a ban on the account. Now, I have my own funds and card and wish to rejoin Hearthstone using the same email address, njmurphy21793@gmail. I believe the ban was due to a family matter, not a breach of rules. If needed, the account can be reset, but I plan to be an active player purchasing packs regularly, so I kindly request Blizzard to reconsider reopening my account.

Hello, I had a World of Warcraft account between [redacted] and [redacted], but I no longer have access to the email address linked to it. I am interested in recovering the account to play again. I can remember the character's name but not the server details. Is there a possibility to recover the account for me to access the game again? I believe the account was linked to the email address [redacted] (which I no longer have access to) and the character was named Benaiah (Hunter). If the account was updated with a new email address, it might be the one I currently use, [redacted] Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you. Manoj

I am unable to update WoW due to error code BLZBNTAGT[redacted]0. Trying to fix the issue just leads me in circles. I don't know what DXDIAG or MSINFO are. I don't have Twitter or Facebook. I just want to enjoy playing my game. When you reach out, please keep in mind that I might not understand technical instructions. I'm a 68-year-old disabled veteran who relies on gaming as my main source of entertainment. I am homebound and face physical limitations.

Our guild's bank account was banned after selling Molten Core Bind on Equip epics and Essence of Fire/Earth on the auction house to gain an advantage for our members. Despite thinking it was an AI mistake, the ban was due to a human investigation indicated in the email we received. The account was banned just after items were sold, raising concerns. I have evidence from recent transactions and am baffled by the ban. The resources on the account, including over 20 arcane crystals diligently farmed over the past 3 weeks, were obtained legitimately. This situation is frustrating as everything on the account was earned through hard work and within the rules.

I recently started playing as a hunter and noticed an issue with my pet: it stands still for 1 to 3 seconds after exiting combat. I've tested different pets like a Boar, Worg, Scorpion, and Lion (The Rake), and they all exhibit the same behavior. When the current target dies and there are other targets, my pet switches instantly. I compared this with a friend's hunter pet, and mine seems to be sluggish in response times such as when receiving attack orders or following me. I checked my connection using the WinMTR tool and have stable, low latency with 0% loss. If anyone has encountered this issue before or has suggestions on how to fix it, please help!

I have been repeatedly harassed by a player named Mingarde-MoonGuard while I participate in Brewfest dailies. This player's actions have disrupted my gameplay, and despite reporting their behavior to Game Masters, they have not properly investigated the situation. Mingrade-MoonGuard's chat logs are filled with discriminatory and racist remarks across various channels and whispers. I believe this player is falsely reporting me with the sole purpose of causing trouble. I urge for a supervisor to review this situation thoroughly and ensure a safe and enjoyable gaming experience for all.

Hello, I am Xander du Toit, and my Blizzard account is Hemlock2526. To proceed with canceling the transaction, I need this letter emailed to [redacted] Thank you. Xander

Several years ago, during the launch of the Burning Crusade expansion, I purchased World of Warcraft. Upon setting up the account, a friend mistakenly entered their name and address instead of mine. Despite this, I have acquired all expansions, possess all login details, and manage the account's authenticator. However, since the transition to Battle.net, it has been bothersome to see my friend's name instead of mine. This error has persisted since the initial creation of the account when my friend input their information before I could rectify the mistake. I am willing to provide a copy of my ID if changing the account's name is feasible. Rest assured, the account has always belonged to me, and upon the launch of World of Warcraft Classic, I am eager to return to the game. I hope this issue can finally be addressed.

My brother's and my Wi-Fi went down while playing a competitive game. We were at 6 and 10 Sr of gold. Despite reconnecting, we successfully pushed the payload to win the game in the 3rd and 4th round. We believe it should have counted as a win since we managed to come back. However, we lost 50 Sr. My younger brother struggles with depression, and your game brings him joy. Any assistance for us, especially for him, would be greatly appreciated. His battle tag is Stitch2105#[redacted], and he was playing damage. My battle tag is Bob#[redacted], and I was on support. Thank you for your support.

I've encountered this issue for the second time with the completion status incorrectly showing as finished for the Wild West quest, despite not having logged in today. This has also happened previously with the quest involving Xander and Laurie. I've submitted bug reports before without any response. I hope this time it can be addressed. Please contact me via email as the one listed here differs from the account email: [redacted] Thank you.

Hello, I am facing an issue with transferring my character to the wrong server unintentionally. I was exploring transfer options and accidentally moved to Arcanite Reaper instead of just checking it out. I need assistance in transferring my character back to Grobulus where my guild and friends are. This move has separated me from my character that I have dedicated so much time to level up. I feel lost without my friends and guild members. Can you help me with this transfer mishap so I can reunite with my friends on Grobulus? Thank you for your assistance.
