The current prevalence of smurfs in Overwatch is detrimental to the overall enjoyment of the game and can discourage new or lower-level players. I urge the developers, including Kaplan and the team, to acknowledge and rectify this problem to improve the community's satisfaction. By addressing the issue of smurfing, Overwatch can maintain its reputation as a well-crafted game that prioritizes fair competition and player experience.

Hello, my name is Lauren. I'm reaching out on behalf of my 55-year-old dad as he's encountering issues trying to make a ticket. It seems overly complicated just to report a bug. The error message "Transfer aborted: /instance not found" keeps popping up when he uses flight paths, enters dungeons, or attempts to teleport to specific locations like Dustwallow Marsh to the Barrens. This recurring problem of getting disconnected mid-flight is frustrating, leading to unnecessary deaths and having to trek back to the intended destination even with an available flight path. I am currently enjoying Classic and am happy to be back in the real WoW experience. However, I am disappointed by the recent incident involving the guild APES. It is disheartening to see them utilizing cheats and exploiting bugs to progress unfairly. This behavior sets a negative precedent, especially considering that such actions were punishable in the past. As a player from [redacted], I find it unacceptable that cheating is being celebrated as a world first achievement in Classic. I strongly believe that decisive action should be taken against APES to show that exploits and cheating have no place in the game. I have spoken with other returning players who share my views and are considering canceling their subscriptions over this issue. I urge the appropriate authorities to address this matter promptly by taking appropriate measures against APES.

Hello, I wanted to share that I have purchased Overwatch Legendary Edition for PC through cdkeys.com. When I entered the key on battle.net, I found that some of the promised extras were missing, such as the Mercy Wings for Diablo 3. On the other hand, I did receive the unlocked portraits for Starcraft 2. Cdkeys.com advertised the same additional content as your listing on battle.net. This is my tenth attempt to contact you. I need help removing my authenticator. I can't use SMS because I changed my number and can't access the authenticator. I've submitted two web tickets with my ID, but no action has been taken. I'm limited in where I can play. I can't play at a friend's place because the game requests my authenticator or an inactive phone number. Please assist me with this issue as I've asked multiple times.

I submitted a ticket to appeal a name change I found unfair. After being suspended for a day and losing progress, I waited over 24 hours for a response. Finally speaking with a GM, I asked about why my innocent name was deemed inappropriate when there are worse names in the game. The GM was rude, unhelpful, and dismissive, suggesting I Google the issue. Despite complying and seeking clarification, I received an attitude and a threat of a randomized name. The situation escalated with a 2-day suspension for a new name that was not inappropriate. Disappointed with the treatment from GM "Gusbedahn," I seek further assistance. I enjoy playing competitively, but I have been experiencing persistent crashes with the error code CE-[redacted]-0 on my PS4 while playing Overwatch. This issue is particularly frustrating as it leads to a loss of skill rating and bans, forcing me to avoid my favorite aspect of the game. The crashes can occur randomly, often happening at the beginning of matches. While more common in competitive mode, they also occur in quick play and certain arcade modes like death match and elimination. Despite not intentionally leaving games early, I have faced skill rating drops and bans on both my accounts due to these crashes. This recurring problem affects my overall enjoyment of the game, and I hope for a solution to prevent these disruptions in the future.

Hello, I have purchased a service from your company for game time on World of Warcraft Classic. However, I've encountered issues logging in today and last week as well, despite prepaying for the service. This caused me to lose valuable play time and even miss work since I had someone cover my shifts. I would like to request compensation for the lost time, either by extending my subscription by a week, allowing me access to the game, or adding game time to my account for when I can play. I submitted a support ticket last night, waited hours for assistance, and found it cancelled with no resolution this morning. As I play Classic WoW, I've encountered several persistent issues since the launch. My main concerns are the fluctuating latency ranging from 40ms to 2000ms, causing significant gameplay lag even when the latency indicator shows normal. Additionally, the frequent disconnections with error code WOW[redacted]9 occur approximately every 10-15 minutes. This interrupts gameplay, especially when I get disconnected while in a login queue and lose my spot. Furthermore, certain settings reset randomly after log out/in or disconnections like auto loot, pet name toggle, and action bar lock. I've diligently tried various fixes without success, including resetting the interface, network device restart, IP renewal, driver/OS updates, and network setting adjustments. Despite occasional smooth gameplay, these issues persist. My recent Ookla speed test results are Ping - 29ms, Download - 9.45 Mbps, Upload - 1.15 Mbps.

Experiencing issues with lag and clipping while playing Overwatch on PC. I advanced my Deer Hunter character to level 13 and defeated the Skeleton King while playing the trial version of Diablo III. After purchasing the game on 9/2, my account reflects the transaction. However, upon logging back in, my progress seems to have reset back to the beginning of ACT I, requiring me to start from the first quest of meeting Leah at the Inn. Although my inventory, companions, and achievements remain intact, the map is now blank. I am seeking assistance in resuming the game from where I left off after defeating the Skeleton King. I am coming back to World of Warcraft to play Classic and want to retrieve my old account. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the email associated with it, and the one I think it is, I no longer have access to. I do have the original activation CD key used for the account and remember my character's name. I have already set up a new account for Classic to continue playing. My goal is to merge both accounts while keeping the characters separate and updating the email linked to the old account.

My account got banned because of the name "Brazzers." I would like to explain that it wasn't my intention, as my brother created the guild and used it on my account. I realize the seriousness of this situation and assure you it won't occur again. I've been playing this game for 14 years without any issues. I apologize for the inconvenience and I am willing to change the guild name. Could you please reconsider lifting the suspension as I promise to rectify the issue? Thank you.

I have been banned for having the guild name "Brazzers". I would like to explain my situation. My brother created the guild and set it up on my account without me knowing the meaning of the name. I realize the seriousness of this situation, but I believe being suspended without a warning is unjust. I have been a player for over 13 years and I am eager to continue playing upon my return home. I am willing to change the guild's name. Could you please reconsider the 24-hour suspension penalty? Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulties with the ticket submission service as I have been unable to connect to the game server since the DDos attacks. Despite having a working hotspot internet connection through StraightTalk using the SecureTether app for other online games, I am only facing issues with WoW. I have attempted to use both WiFi and Bluetooth connections without success. Although I can briefly connect using the hotel's Cox WiFi, the connection is unreliable due to poor upload/download speeds. This situation is hindering my ability to play the game consistently, and I seek a solution to restore my hotspot connection. I have been using this setup effectively at the hotel for over a year until now. I value the service I pay for and hope for a prompt resolution to this matter as it significantly impacts my gameplay experience.
