My old account has an authenticator that was lost, an old cell phone number and email that I no longer have access to. So theres no way to log in. It's been about a year or two since I last played and I just bought a subscription and battle for azeroth on a new account because of this problem. I had a few high level characters that I can't seem to find on the armory so my account may have possibly been deleted. But if theres any way to get those characters back with all my heirloom items and gold and mounts and everything else that would be very helpful and appreciated. Or if they can just switch everything from that account to my new one, that would even work. Thanks for your time. Please get back to me soon. The email for the account I want to recover or switch everything from is KraytosFTW@yahoo.com. and below is my current email linked to my new wow account. I have photo ID proof if needed. Really just don't want to start all the way over. Especially without heirlooms. Thank you again!
