Hello,**This is the *nd time an account has been banned for "hacking" and now I know it is completely ridiculous. The first time it happened on my first account which is under email *****@***.com with the battletag cap******, I accepted it and moved onto another acc which is this. (Both accounts a ban for "hacking") On my cap****** account I thought I was genuinely keylogged at a PC Caf* that I visited here in Korea and was my ignorance for not installing an authenticator. I submitted * tickets to get cap****** unbanned because I never hacked, and they both got rejected. I accepted that as an unfortunate false ban and I moved onto this account. ( I was told that if I wanted to play overwatch again, id have to purchase a new license on a new account )*I received this account from a friend who quit the game and was willing to pass the account over. He never entered a game of competitive, therefore no rules were breached. I have never joined an online server of Overwatch and I have not interacted with anybody in the game since I've received it on the **th of December. You can track this account's game login details, and check what games I've entered if you can, because I haven't entered ANY. The only conclusion I can fall into is that there is some issue with my account login location since with both accounts cap****** and this one, Florence******, I did nothing but access Practice Range. If this helps, I am currently on vacation in Korea from Australia since early December and I play on a laptop w* poor FPS, therefore limiting me to only access the Practice Range.**This is the second account that has been falsely banned for no reason. In the last case of cap******, I couldn't say much as I had actually visited a public PC Caf* * days prior the ban and therefore there was a chance i got keylogged* in this case it is just ridiculous as I've never even interacted with any other player with this account.***I've told every friend I have about my situation and they actually think there's an issue with my laptop, and something on it is triggering a Blizzard hack pick-up system. However, I've done countless virus checks and there are periodic scans on my computer to check for viruses. Furthermore, I've played *** levels worth of Overwatch on this laptop, before I got my PC setup, on my first account cap****** and had no problems.**Thank you, please review my case, for this and my first account. I've put lots of time and passion into this game and it'd be a shame to lose it all to a false ban.
