I was trying to enjoy Overwatch as a game. After logging out of Overwatch for about ** minutes, I received an email from blizzard saying my account was banned after they detected an "unauthorized cheat program." ... I believe my account, Phoenix******, was unfairly banned from Overwatch. I do not remember a single instance of using any "unauthorized cheat programs," only seeing some in use. I play through nvidia's "NVIDIA GeForce NOW" for mac, which is a gaming cloud that does not let anyone download any third-party app onto their computers. I want to either know why I got banned, or have the ban be reversed.
I play through NVIDIA GeForce NOW, a gaming cloud for mac where the user is unable to download cheats onto their computers. It is just streamed, and the only games you can play are the ones through the launcher that is displayed after selecting a game.
I want either evidence that showed me "cheating," and explanation of why it counts as cheating, or a reversal on my overwatch permanent ban.
I began with blizzard basically since Hearthstone was released. I consistently played it, and when the new expansions came out, I'd usually buy them or a card pack. When Overwatch came out, I worked very hard to get Overwatch.
I have tried to contact blizzard customer support, but the only thing the game master said to me was that I had been found of cheating, and the discussion would be over from then. He gave me nothing to help me figure out why I had been cheating.
