The other day, I bought a Game of the Year Edition Overwatch code card, after putting in the code none of the content was in game. I tried putting the code in through my phone, turned off my Xbox One, signed out of Overwatch and back in. No content came up in game. The card itself included some bonus content I think I have, ** loot boxes and some content for other Blizzard games. The purpose for buying the card was to get better chances at getting a couple of the winter skins. I just want to know why the code isn't working and if I can get another code, or do I need to take back the card to get a refund? If there were codes for skins, I would save the trouble and just ask that as a resolution. Thank you for your time, hope I can get a response soon, seeing as it it Christmas day.
